This place is hot, dirty, the floors were so sticky your shoes stick to the floor. They had a fridge that was falling apart behind the counter. The fruit in the front cooler looked like it had been sitting there for days. The employees working here looked like they rolled out of bed and came in for their shift.

Great Customer Service! I sent an online request to change a delivery day and the manager, Kamaran, called me directly to confirm and accommodate my request. He even called back to let me know it was successfully delivered. He was very professional and friendly and coordinated with the driver to make sure everything went through smoothly! I also spoke to a woman at the store over the phone who was very nice and updated me on the status of my order. Highly recommend!

Associate was very rude. Made the order for curbside pick up knowing I’d have my child in the car with me unable to leave. Called once arrived person who answered for the pk store very rude and was not out on the floor. Said she couldn’t leave the store since she was the only one there rude the entire phone conversation. Thankfully I had my husband with me to go in. At 8 months pregnant I try to get all of my errands still done even when exhausted. So I sent my husband in and he complained of her being extremely rude to him as well. Will not order again from this store. First and last time smh

Sugar cookies 10-10!!! Chocolate chip also 10-10! Not a cookie person at all, brought these home and they got eaten before I can take a picture of the box! Definitely recommend these sugar cookies #1 then the rest follow!!!

I wanted to get a last minute gift for my sister. Shout-out to Kameron. Even though I came in 10 minutes before closing time, he was very kind, patient and willing to make the arrangement for me. I was very pleased with the service and the arrangement came out beautiful! He also gave me a complimentary bouquet of flowers for my loved one, which was a wonderful surprise. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.

Being out of state placing an order I was a little nervous but not only did the arrangement arrive on time I was told it was beautiful. After having a problem ordering by computer, my fault, I called to confirm my order. It hadn't gone through but the young lady that answered the phone helped me through the process and was so polite. I was so pleased with the service I received and the recipients absolutely loved the arrangement. Definitely my go to for gifts.

I had ordered edible arrangements for my boyfriend so was set to come home a specific day. I had gotten the terrible news he wouldn't be home for another month, so I called the store on a whim asking if I could cancel the order the day it was meant to be fulfilled. They were extremely helpful, extremely sympathetic to my situation, and I would 100% do business with them when he is set to come home!!! Would recommend anyone to go there, I have also had their chocolate covered strawberry boxes multiple times and the are delicious!

placed an order for a birthday surprise; called the store and asked to not contact recipient to please contact me (buyer) for any questions and to please not deliver the arrangement until after 3pm. Store proceeds to contact the recipient at their attempt to deliver (1:30pm).
Horrible experience for my first time, using Edible Arrangements. Ruined a birthday surprise!

I placed an order this evening, for my Sis Birthday and Anniversary, they delivered right away, the delivery person contacted me, and my Sis, informed us where she left order. She did great! I even called the store to edit Street name, got thru right away, very friendly on the phone. Will definitely order from them again. Thanks Poughkeepsie store.

I want to give a big shout out to the Edible Arrangements in the Poughkeepsie location for their amazing service and beautiful arrangement!!! I was having a hard time choosing an arrangement to gift my friend and Marlin gave me some great options for the my specific occasion. When my friend received her arrangement, her face lit up. Absolutely delighted!!The staff at Edible Arrangements are the best!!!
