Bought 3 pairs of shoes and they didn't have bags to put them in. They actually offered to put them in a trash bag. I explained that I didn't want to walk around the mall with a garbage bag. Staff said it has been over a month since getting delivery, but I was there during the winter and it was the same story. Its annoying to have to carry shoe boxes in the mall.

Your success here will depend on what you're seeking, how flexible you are, whether you have an easy-to-find shoe size, and if you are looking for any particular brand(s). They have a full inventory here, but it's very brand-specific. If you like brands such as Nike and Adidas, you'll have better luck here, others will be hit or miss. I was greeted within a minute of walking around, and told of this weekend's sale, which was buy one pair, get a second at half price. You really need to buy that second pair to get a better deal here. Some of their prices are good, others not quite as good. But what really amused me was the "sale" price listed for some items - IT WAS THE EXACT SAME PRICE AS THE REGULAR PRICE (as per my picture). Why even bother to put up a fancy sticker where the original price has a slash through it, and the featured "sale" price is exactly the same? You may find some good deals here... if you do, way to go!

I love their selection and clearance items too. There's a few staff members that are so helpful and then a handful that are quite rude but I just go back when I see the friendly ones are there if I need help. Sure , it's inconvenient but I won't bash this place, the helpful staff make it all worth the annoying trip to get my kids yet another pair of shoes.
