Bought my second eliptical from here and started having problems with equipment within less then a year just like my first eliptical I bought! The only difference is my second eliptical cost twice as much as the first one. Each year I needed a tech to repair a cord that kept braking. He told me that the machine wasnt a good fit for me so when I bought the 2nd one for twice the amount,I was assured it would not break down because it was a good fit but yet here I am with a problem within less then a year again. And they are very willing to have a tech come and repair the equipment and suggest a maintenance contract. Actually they offered the maintenance contract each time just before both ellipticals broke down....what a coincidence! Oh and of course the charge for a contract is at a slightly higher price then they would charge for a one time visit from a tech. My first eliptical broke down once every year and every year I puchased a contract. The last thing that happened was the ARM broke off!
So I had no other choice but to junk it and buy a new one.

Jimmy is a fitness pro and very helpful. I found what I wanted then called for more and it was delivered and installed quickly. A new go to for fitness equipment and supplies.

Highly recommend Fitness Showrooms of Poughkeepsie. Jimmy was great to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the treadmills I was looking at. Delivery was a breeze as well. The delivery team was very courteous and professional. Was a great experience all around.

Poughkeepsie Fitness Showroom has been a wonderful company to work with as they demonstrated responsible and intelligent customer service. Nick came to repair our Cascade Recumbent Bike. He was thoughtful, confident and a great listener as well a clear communicator to explain what the issues were.He was able to fix an issue that another repair person from a different company could not. What a nice guy!Other staff I had contact with on the phone, April and Deanna, were also pleasant and easy to work with. We will recommend your facility and visit next time we are in the market for another exercise machine.

Jimmy was super helpful and knowledgeable...I walked in 15 minutes before closing and walked out purchasing a new home gym that I was looking for.I shopped the internet for weeks...should have just come here first...?Delivered and set up the following day.
