This was my first time at a fleet feet and the technology was great. No complaints there. Even the worker that was helping me, Sal, was great. There was this one elderly white woman who worked there that was very nasty. My 16 month old son and my niece and nephew were there with me and this woman continued to stare and made sure she was on top of us the whole time as if she was making sure we didn’t touch anything or go near anything. If I didn’t desperately need good sneakers for my back I would’ve left on the spot from how uncomfortable she made us all feel. I do not plan on coming back here ever again.

My daughter referred me, and I’m so glad she did! From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Zach took his time to thoroughly explain the services offered and really listened to my concerns. I felt heard and well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back!

I was a little hesitant at first because the shoes are so expensive but with both my jobs I'm constantly on my feet and I have planter faciatist in both feet. They walked me through the process and asked what my budget was and helped me find the perfect shoes without pushing the most expensive ones. I ended up getting shoes and 2 pair of socks staying under budget. I may have to go back for sandals now. Everyone was so polite and amazing.

This was my first time at Fleet Feet, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and highly knowledgeable about the shoes and products. I love the foot scans and analysis giving me a better understanding of the type and sizes of shoe that would be appropriate for my needs. I purchased a pair of the Brooks Glycerin 22’s in the wide. I would highly recommend the Fleet Feet store in Poughkeepsie, NY.

I always have such a great experience at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie! The staff really know their stuff and take the time to understand exactly what I am looking for. Their selection of gear is fantastic - everything from basic running essentials to specialized technical wear and accessories. They have a wide range of brands and price points, making it easy to find something that fits your budget. The employee who helped me was super patient in explaining the features of different base layers and even shared some personal insights from their own running experience. Will definitely be going back for all my running needs.

Hey guys!
I really have to thank Tricia For one of the most amazing shoe shopping experiences of my life. Yesterday after spending almost 3 hours shopping for a new pair of sneakers because what I do for work I am always on my feet. I have this separation in my back major knee issues and she helped me so much. Not only did I show up about 45 minutes before they close. She instantly greeted me the experience in the store is one of a kind you don't have stores like this anymore. Not only do they electronically with their technology measure your feet for the proper size. But they also have a pad that you walk on so that they can help you find a great pair of shoes. Honestly the first pair of new balance that I tried on they were amazing I just didn't like the color I'm not a person that wears cream or white because I get dirty at work. After trying on about maybe 7 pairs of shoes she found pretty much the same one she showed me first but in a color that I was going to love which is like a purple and a light purple together] urple is my favorite color. These ladies know what the meaning of customer service is if you haven't checked these guys out I would highly suggest doing it it is definitely one of the higher end shops that you would shop for running shoes and sneakers but the price is so worth the experience and the different quality of sneakers they have. They really truly take their time with each and every one of their customers that walk in the door on here I saw that somebody gave them a 1 star I don't even know how that's possible because I would give them 20 stars if I could. Really add an amazing experience thank you so much for your assistance and taking your time with me I appreciate you so much. And if you are reading this my first name is Elizabeth I'm not gonna put my last name on here again thank you so much can I hope all my followers out here see this review and check you guys out because you guys definitely deserve the business.
