Bad experience. They broke my windshield, and they refused to pay been a customers for years, and this is how they treat you. If you take your claim seriously, as you said you would have fixed my windshield, it happened at your car wash, we could see it in the camera and you still refuse to fix it. I promise you I'm gonna give you bad review everywhere I go. Everybody I know. I'm going to tell them about your company. I also heard about The situation about a customer went in there. And you ripped his roof rack off damage the car in the back and you refuse to fix that too, Your people are irresponsible, don't take responsibility for you the damage that you do to people's vehicles.

Foam and Wash locations are no longer satisfied with selling the car wash you're currently buying, they need to constantly push you, upsell you and try to annoy you into buying MANY more washes than your currently trying to buy. ANNOYING! Be thankful for today's sale and stop pushing customers.

I use these car washed often. I'm disappointed that the big middle dryer no longer goes over the entire car. It stops at the top of the windshield (of any car or suv) and just rises up and away. This was not the case when they first started. I appreciate the whole car being dried off. The car wash is meant for convenience and drying the whole car is convenient. Especially when the dryer rollers can be turned off for those who wish to not have the rollers on their vehicles. It would be nice if you changed back to the way it was, the change takes away from the unlimited experience I enjoy.

I’ve been coming to this great car wash and dealt personally with Jesse. He is so very friendly and personal. Great customer service skills. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Alex. He is very friendly and personable too. Great experience every time. I highly recommend Foam & Wash on Rt 9 Pok for a great personable experience and awesome car wash.

Service with a smile, every time! I now have 3 unlimited wash packages and use them daily! Crew is always happy to see me and they always go above and beyond to make sure my cars are shining bright like a diamond!

Brand new Mazda year-old white wasn’t filthy pulled in spent $12. Could not get a receipt for my credit card and the car wasn’t clean. I’m calling them tomorrow my friend couldn’t believe it.

Update to my original negative one star review below. I subsequently recieved a lengthy follow up voice mail with a sincere apology from Alec Boice (thank you Alec), the Manager, as well as a cordial letter from the General Manager, Paul Distasio, that addressed my problem and included compensation in the form of 10 Hot Wax passes. Thank you Mr. Distasio for professionally acknowledging the car washes responsibility and for resolving it to my satisfaction. I have upgraded my review to 4 stars and will continue doing business at your location.

Car wash mechanism literally ripped off my Jeep's perfectly straight and entirely intact antennae (I keep my entire vechicle in pristine condition). I was in my vechicle, my eyes did not decieve me because I experienced the car wash going slightly afoul and ripping out my antennae. The attendants told me not worry, to fill out a report and the manager, Alec Boice, would take care of it and call me back the following day. He did not...thus, I made repeated attempts to conact him. His VM was for several days, consistently full. I drove down one day..he wasn't there. He finally contacts me a week later, leaves a voice mail saying my antennae was already bent, I call back and tell him that is unequivocally untrue. He insists in debating this further, in person. We did, he shows me videos...I show him my previous perfectly straight antennae. He keeps me there debating that it had a slight imperfection as per the video of my Jeep (it is not bent on the video..though he insists he sees a slight distortion and compares it to other model and year Jeeps..sheesh) ...apparently the video supercedes seeing the actual straight attenae in person. Says now I have to come back again to discuss with owner. After over a decade of purchasing my fuel and hundreds of times driving the same Jeep through that Mobil car wash (and Always tipping the attendants, I am done with them. Worst experience I have ever had with any business, all over$40.00.

Went threw the car wash tonight for my car to get scratched will it be returning and if the damage don’t get fixed cause
I took before and after pics then I’ll have to get a lawyer involved
