I always get my prescriptions from here and never seem to have an issue however, for the past few days this location has been a hot mess. I'm leaving now for the third time in two days without my prescriptions (one of which was sent in two weeks ago, the other sent in three weeks ago) and one being a basic birth control that's always in stock. I'm not sure if there's something they aren't telling us but the lines have been extremely long and the lady behind the pharmacy has no idea where or why anyone's prescriptions haven't been filled. This is extremely alarming because like myself, people are going days without their prescriptions with no answers.

I normaly never right a negative review ,Do not work for Rite Aid , in the pharmacy deprement . This was my experience while work for them for 3 months. 1) They do not fallow any of National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) rights. You have to go the bathroom while your on brake. I couldnt even go take poop while working it is what it is. 2) When working a 13 hour shift they do not provide you an hour lunch nore 2 15 minutes brake. 3) When working threw the drive threw, they do covid 19 testing. How ever my mother works for Vasser college , my mother state your so to be dress in hazmat suit witch our techts are not. We are exposed to at least 40 covid 19 painets an hour. 4) They never have any medication ready for their paintets. 6) Honeslty this place is a hot mess. 7) They will use you after working for 70hours plus and then realse you . 8) Things that I've also noticed, they discriminate ,aginst people who are disbale . I have to set up a cadiologist appoiment , on thrusday I was let go the next day . 9 ) When I was let go I was nearly jumped by 4 of their mangment. I urger you to stay awya from this place. You can work here , but however they have very strick fransation policey . I texted my group chat because I had a death in the family so now my grandmother has to move back into my aunts house .Its getting tight and I like my space. The manger, told me that was un ethical . And fired me right after words. This has to be the most cheapest company I've ever worked for. I worked 70 hours straight . When getting fired you get jumped by their mangers. I was pretty much attacked by 4 mangers in one an office . Knownling I worked till 6 am that same day. I came into my other job. There staff memebers are not trained. The understudy pharmamisit compains about taking paients . Im the middle man towards the complaing costumers. Dealing with their painents is so frustrating. .......And not to mention their pharmisit never answers the phone . Were all over worked and underapprative . I urger you to run away.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, short lines, easy to find products. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Dealing with this pharmacy is so frustrating. Many years since the wonderful Bob's Drugs closed. Rite Aid says they have contacted your Doctor for a refill on your prescription but days later you have to call your Doctor yourself. When you question Rite Aid as to why this happens over and over and over.....there is no good answer.

I am visiting in Poughkeepsie, NY where I was born & raised for the holidays and needed to pick up a couple of personal items and postage stamps. RiteAid Store #01617 located at 238 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. What a shock to find out that my postage stamp purchase was what I consider "taking advantage of patrons" in favor of corporate profits. 4 Stamps came in a package for $3.00 or $.75 each. The current rate for a 1St Class is $.55. This store is located in a economically depressed area and they are taking advantage of those that need convenience. The Corporate office should change their guidance on this practice immediately.

Its a good business globally, a bit on the pricey side. And, if you dont have your plenti card they cant always find your phone number for discounts. Also, would be a safe sanitary measure -- you being a pharmacy-- to caution your employees to cough on their arm when sick--a cashier coughed on his hand repeatedly then touched numerous products while checking out lots of customers, and if customers including me who went to the Rite Aid on Hooker Ave in Poughkeepsie NY on May 20th 2019 all come down with a cold in a few days --it will be no coincidence!

This pharmacy is conveniently located for me, 3 mates down the street but let me tell you....the parking lot at this place is the worst I ever seen. Nobody is paying attention, no one is waiting...everyone is parking with no regards of distance between cars. Today I chose to walk there because I don't want to deal getting in and out of that parking lot. I was also thinking to transfer my prescription from cvs but I won't. I don't think I want to deal with the parking monthly. The pharmacy itself, the store...is okay for me. I go, I look for the things I need, I buy and I get out. I never had any problems.

The pharmacist Dave is rude and obnoxious. I have never come across a rude pharmacist ever before. Where did they find this guy?

This is a very slow pharmacy. The staff takes forever with every customer, and checking out takes way too long. The store is usually too warm, too. I leave if there's more than two people on line.
