Doesn’t accept Chime when you go to pick up your reservation that you reserved with your Chime card, but will still charge your Chime card for a cancellation fee.

Was supposed to be picked up at 8:30 when no one showed up I called them and they told me they didn’t have the pick up address in file despite me having given it to them the day prior and confirming multiple times that they would be on time since I had to be at work at 9am. They don’t pick me up until 40 mins after we originally scheduled. When I get to hertz I had to wait an additional 20+ mins because they were taking phone calls instead of the people waiting in line .

Very unprofessional. Booked a rental and upon arriving at the site they call me to tell me nothing is available and they won’t have anything for the day. I am out of state and now without a vehicle. I stated I was already there and just paid an uber to get there. There was no compassion and no answers. They then wanted me to upgrade and still didn’t have a car at the time. They moved my reservation to the next day and lo and behold same run around again. Vehicles weren’t returned on time and they don’t have anything. All while having an $824 pending charge on my card that will disappear within 48 hours. Here we are 72 hours later and my bank is trying to figure it out.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and did not care that I was stranded due to a problem that Hertz dealt me. Which was a patched tire in which the patch failed. My tire was leaking air and evidently there was nothing they could do except have me drive on the interstate two hours and attempt to charge me for an early return since I was unwilling to do so.

Never will rent from Hertz again. Left me stranded due to a defective tire they provided with zero solution, compassion, customer service, or reimbursement. I only needed a solution. None was offered except for me to get on the interstate and drive two hours with a hole in my tire or get in a tow truck with my child at 9pm and drive the two hours, then of course drive back to where we needed to be. Hertz rented me a car with a patched tire and the patch didn’t hold. They did not care. I had to uber to another rental agency and rent a different vehicle. They did not care. They acted as if I were the problem and did l not as much offer an apology for my inconvenience much less a solution to a problem they created.

Julian at Hertz was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He tried to overcharge us for something that clearly wasn’t our fault, then argued with us for over an hour instead of resolving the issue. What made it even worse was that he raised his voice at a pregnant woman- completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, especially a so-called manager. He wasted our time, showed zero respect, and clearly doesn’t belong in any customer-facing role. Hertz should seriously reconsider who they’re putting in charge.

Customer service and vehicle selection is horrendous. Workers give zero care towards any customer satisfaction and they don’t clean the vehicles anymore. Pretty disgusting

ZERO STARS! The old guy has such a monotone and provides no customer service just a blank lack of customer service. The worst rental car place I’ve ever walked into it takes him 30 minutes to process one rental. You are better off going down to budget and getting the same car in five minutes.

Horrible service and lack of care. I had a rental from this location via a local dealer since my vehicle was in for an extended warranty repair. Started getting messages from Hertz that the rental was over due, I notified the dealership multiple times who in turn notified their rep at this location who either did not answer multiple calls & emails or just flat lied and told the dealership the rental was extended. This continued for weeks of me notifying the dealer and the dealer reaching out to the rep from the branch to resolve. One morning came outside the rental car had been repossessed by Hertz with all my personal items in it (kids car seats, stroller, cell phone, etc...). The Dealer and I tried all day to reach the rep from this location and Hertz corporate to resolve and at the bare minimum give me the location the car was taken to so I could reclaim my personal items. The rep called me back once saying they were trying to locate the vehicle and promised to call me back right away, never heard back from her. Called the branch multiple times and line just kept ringing with no answer. All this before a holiday weekend when they would be closed for 3 days and I would be stranded without a vehicle and without my kid's car seats or other items. They clearly don't care the slightest amount about people, the whole situation is a little baffling.

Had a written email quote for a rental car for $48.35. I did not change the reservation and when I went to pick up the car, the rental agreement was changed to $116.52. I was getting charged for mileage where my confirmation had unlimited mileage. The base rate also increased. The woman at the desk said she could not fix the discrepancy. Since I was in a bind to travel, I had to take the car and I am now left to deal with Hertz via the phone , emails. Totally unacceptable Hertz! So far, issue has not been corrected.

Rented a car in April for a week, after I returned the car, they did not check it back into their system and someone else drove it for a full additional week, which they charged to me. I raised it both to this location and national, and both did nothing about it.
