Store is always clean and brightly lit, and things are easy to find. The employees of this location are the nicest and most helpful of any Home Depot I’ve been to, volunteering assistance without prompting. I sometimes feel silly going in with really basic questions but they never bat an eye which I appreciate.

The carts locking up and stopping dead as you try to walk out of the store is wild. Also, get rid of the solar guy. Incredibly tired of getting harrassed every time I try to shop here

It is so difficult to find someone on the floor at this store to help you find what you need.
But, the cashiers and customer service people behind the desks have a great attitude.
Today my cashier Shannon asked if I found everything I needed and I answered grumpily that no, I couldn't, because there's nobody out there to help me. She remained friendly and asked if she might be able to help, to which I replied I was giving up, so she gracefully changed the subject and we wound up having a really nice conversation. Amazing customer service skills! Thank you Shannon.

Todd from the gardening department is nothing short of professional with his comsomer service skill’s… I had a very pleasant time shopping at home depot and Todd came to my rescue as two other employees sat at the front of the store not willing to help me…. It’s like Todd came out of nowhere seeing I was trying to get the other two men to help me but they was tooo intrested in whatever conversation they was having… anyway I say that story to say this, some employees really do go above and beyond with Costomer service and really deserve the recognition and I
Wish they would get a raise for there exellent attributes to the company. 🫶🏼💯

I wanted to share my recent experience at Home Depot, hoping it might help improve the customer service there. While I encountered some challenges, I understand that everyone has their off days. One of the staff members seemed to misunderstand me when I asked for a hygrometer, I could sense some frustration. I realize that clear communication is key in these situations.
Although I may need to return to this store due to its convenience, I’m planning to take a different approach on my next visit. I think it would be helpful for me to explore the aisles independently to get a better sense of what I need. I’ll also bring along my home hardware handbook and use a pronunciation app to support our communication. I’m optimistic that these strategies will contribute to a more positive shopping experience in the future.

One of the worst places to look at items and workers not helpful waste of time and money despointed 100%.not recommended the place.worst home depot in US workers hanging around and they look montaly sick and anti social and disgusting looking at anything except coustmers I purchase stuff I need because I live close but this place definitely disgusting .

This review is only because of curbside. Why even bother ordering if it takes so long to bring it to my truck. I will never use curbside again. Go in and buy your stuff. Curbside is a joke you need to pack a snack for your wait.
