I'm leaving a 5 star review for Gennisarette.I'm very pleased with the service, professionalism and knowledge of this employee. AQA/ all questions answered +, pleasant and definetly will return again when I need too. My only regret is that I wish I had went to this company sooner regarding this issue. Close to home, clean, well organized, etc. Thank you for your time regarding this matter! :)

DO NOT SEE GENE AND DANA !!!! They are the rudest, disrespectful employees I have ever dealt with!!!!! I had a phone appointment with Gene to help my dad with his w4 for a temp agency and she was downright rude. Basically she said she could not help me. When I had the same problem last month, someone was able to help over the phone with no problem. I told her that and she said she’s still not going to help. So I asked to speak to someone else (which was Dana). She was no help either and said the same thing as gene. Not only that she hung up on my dad. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!

We were not planning on using HnR block again, because we were less than satisfied a few years ago, but were glad we gave it another chance.Our specialist, Kalyani (Kal) was absolutely phenomenal and you can tell she loves what she does.Very knowlegable, and patient with us.She answered all our questions and we will be returning for her services next year.
