I was in a panic fearing the worst that my account had been frozen when attempts to pay a bill after a direct deposit of my paycheck finding the card was denied. Alina dealt with me with patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding. Making a gut wrenching situation as easy and pleasant as possible. Ulster saving should be delighted at two facts in this situation
1) That your institution is lucky enough in this day and age to have such a person in their employ
2) That I don't have my own business, because I would pay her whatever she wants to come work for me.
Thankfully for you guys I am a civil servant and in no need for employees.
Please do everything in your power to keep her at your institution, she is by far the best at what she does that I have ever seen in my 48 years.
