The sales associate gave us just the right amount of attention without applying pressure or overselling. They took note of what I liked and listened to what we didn't. They bought out options that met every detail at every budget. They explained the process and gave us options to design the most incredible ring. It truly is the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and I am never taking it off. The sales associate met my fiances deadline to have the ring ready when needed. He also bought gorgeous diamond and ruby earrings from here for my birthday to throw me off from the upcoming proposal which happened the next day. We cannot wait to get our wedding bands here. We will forever recommend the diamond mine for every special purchase.”

Whether it’s shopping for gold chains, diamond earrings, or even just stopping by for a cleaning she always gives us a wonderful experience! When shopping for our wedding rings she made our experience absolutely wonderful! We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all she took the time with us and made sure we were happy with our purchase. The Kay’s in Kingston is closer to us but my husband and I will make the special trip to Poughkeepsie to go out of our way to see Amy! “Nice little shop. Lots of rocks to choose from. Some things are a little kitschy but not too bad. It's more of a touristy place than somewhere an actual witch might want to get supplies. They also sell a Lot of sage, which is apparently a huge problem for indigenous communities.”

“We had a wonderful experience! My daughter has wanted her ears pierced forever but would chicken out everytime we went. There was a no refund policy however the staff let us come back and try again. Natasha was absolutely wonderful! She was quick, confident, reassuring and just genuinely such a pleasure to have during this sometimes emotional and stressful time. My daughter was such a happy camper afterwards and Natasha helped us navigate through it quickly! For reference, our daughter is 3. It's not the best age to do it but if you need help and want to, ask for Natasha!”
