Rude, very unhelpful staff. Apparently I was inconveniencing them by asking for a shoe size. Several employees just standing around - I was the only one in the store with my kids, and I had to ask for service. A female employee aggressively snatched the shoe off the shelf, huffing and puffing like I did something wrong. We left. Don’t spend your money here - go to Zumiez.

I went into this Journeys location with my sister and our daughters to buy a book bag and shoes. While trying on shoes for my daughter, we used a sock to make sure they fit. The worker was extremely rude and unprofessional, insisting I buy socks that clearly did not fit my child. Instead of helping, they tried to pressure me into making a purchase and even claimed they were going to call security because I did not want to purchase the item that did not fit my daughter. I was simply trying to buy shoes and a book bag. The whole situation was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I left feeling disrespected and unsure if their behavior was rooted in bias or discrimination. I will not be returning to this location.

Great customer service . I will recommend this store to everyone and will always come back to shop here. Co Manager Rae (658848) is always a huge help when it comes to choosing shoes for me and my family ?. It is greatly appreciated and a breath of fresh air .

We were finally able to get my son's birthday present today... (His birthday was April 20th). He needed sneakers ,socks & a belt. Journeys was the first place we stopped at and ended up returning to for our purchases. Both times that we were in there today, an employee named Jordan helped us. Not only did he run back to the stock room several times,he was very patient and we appreciated his help.We have bought shoes and socks here before and will return again in the future.

Not a big store what so ever, not the biggest selection in the world, and also the no show socks rip and get holes in them after 2 uses and washes, and they have no refund or exchange policy on those, but I was able to refund a Vans shirt.
