Good sales, but here's a negative review about my recent experience with Journey’s customer service was incredibly frustrating. I contacted them about working there and from the start, the representative seemed disinterested, unorganized, late for scheduled interview and unhelpful. They offered no communication after interview as promised.Overall, the interaction left me feeling unheard and unimportant. This is a stark contrast to the positive experiences I've had with Journeys in the past. I hope they can improve their customer service training to ensure a smoother experience for future customers.

I purchased Barbie crocs on Journeys’ website via Klarna and returned the item to this store. The young lady was new and didn’t know how to properly process the Klarna return and told me to tap my one time use Klarna card to process the return. This happened on September 7th, 2023. It’s now December 6th and the return was improperly processed and now Journeys is making Klarna charge for an item I returned because I was suppose to pay back Klarna with the money I was never given. The store manager at this store said it wasn’t her fault and she couldn’t do anything but she would have her regional manager call me back. The regional manager never called me back (shocker!) They kept saying that the return was processed and it was Klarna’s fault so they wouldn’t take any accountability for their mistake. Now Journeys’ customer care online sees the initial return but don’t investigate whether the money was completely refunded, they just see the initial return and don’t investigate any further. For future please make them process any refunds to a debt or credit card (nothing linked to your Apple wallet.) Don’t listen to what these cashiers say as they aren’t properly trained. It’s not their fault that they don’t take any time to teach them how to do their job to the best of their abilities. Now I’m forced to pay for item I returned to their store and they refuse to even give me a gift card for the amount of the return I processed. Horrible customer service and horrible training. Hope someone higher up sees this.

Loved the shoes I got here for my daughter. The employees are more than helpful and it’s about two stores down from the adult version of the store where I got myself a pair of the same shoes. Great prices as well compared to other stores in the mall.
