Phlebotomist was nice, very professional. The problem I have is with the building itself. There were no handicap spots and the outside stairs do not have a railing. Very unsafe! Please add a railing to make it safe for us disabled people!

Maryanne, is an amazing phlebotomist. I always have problems giving blood, she took her time, found a vain in my hand, and with one stick got everything. She deserves a big raise. thank you Maryanne 😊

The walk-in was awful sat for half an hour just for them to keep saying 15 min and given a terrible attitude when asked how long wil never use again

Amber was really friendly, better then the attitude you get at any other labcorp around here BUT only thing is I will ask next time for her to put on gloves before taking my blood because this time she put on her gloves and proceeded to use the computer and grab something from the back all in the gloves she was taking my blood with which defeated the purpose of them being fully sanitized.

Convenient and quick walk-in service, nice staff, and clean facility.UPDATE: Minus one star because the blood draw left me with an enormous bruise on my arm. The technician continually wiggled the needle while it was in my arm (I guess she thought that would make the blood flow faster??), and it hurt a lot, but I didn’t say anything because I assumed she knew what she was doing. But this huge bruise says otherwise—I’ve never had this experience with blood draws.

One the best facilities I've ever been to! It's a real hidden gem. The staff was very friendly, took me right on time and it was extremely clean!
