We had the most terrible experience at this location. Workers were rude. Phlebotomist blew my daughter’s vein and showed absolutely no concern whatsoever about it. When I talked to her about it, she ignored me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LABCORP.

READ CAREFULLY! Please don’t go there, If you are anxious, have a baby, or have high BMI and excessive weight. Staff was so friendly but i don’t think they are too experienced. Im not obese but i should lose some weight. Since my childhood finding my veins were making technicians afraid while drawing a blood BUT I can tell its just a prejudice. I remember they were using butterfly needle because I’m afraid. In my past experiences when other technicians used tourniquet they found it at the first shot. She asked me if there is a place in my arm that they usually enter. I told her the exact place because I have tattoo in my arm but she couldn’t find it and checked the other arm. I saw she was terrified. AND she didn t remove the tourniquet until the end of the process. I know they do this to increase the blood flow BUT I never seen this in my life even when i gave 10 tubes. AND she cover the place but didn’t tell me to apply pressure or any instructions. She said I’m done and ready to go. Normally you should sit and apply pressure to stop the blood flow and after fasting and giving too much blood you have to make sure you are okay before leaving, especially if you come alone. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! I NEVER EVER HAD VEIN BRUISE IN MY LIFE. THANKS TO LABCORP NOW I HAVE TERRIBLE GREEN AND PURPLISH ONE IN MY ARM.

My daughter is a hard stick and requires a butterfly needle. We were informed that they were out of butterfly needles. Then the needle that was used was too large and she has bad bruises already 30 minutes later. Not coming back for sure

I brought my little one here since I figure they are used to dealing with children. I'm very happy I did. Shanice and Sandy were completely professional and so patient. They never once got frustrated even when 3 of us could not hold him still, even suggesting we put on a show he likes to calm him down.

This review is for the 2 ladies on 5/17/2024 morning hours around 11am.
My husband and I brought our toddler (3.5 y/o) to have her blood drawn for the first time.
The two ladies (one drawing blood and the other assisting with our daughter) were amazing. The first checked which arm had a good vein and gave my child time to calm down. Then they both cam back and with SUCH PRECISION (no fishing!) and care drew 5 vials from her little arm. The one assisting my child was the sweetest - dancing, making sure my daughter had her lollipop in her mouth (we brought it).
Little things like this made the experience great. Sure, my toddler (like most children I assume) was crying the whole time, but these ladies made the experience efficient and heartfelt.
I didn't say it today, but would like to say "THANK YOU" for today.

Worst lab corp. I've ever been to. avoid this place if you can help it. This woman Shanice is just down right the most miserable nasty person I've ever dealt with at a lab corp. I tried to explain to her I had a standing order in the system, she insisted it didn't matter and that she needed the paper work. I talked to other lab corp. nurses and they said standing orders are always in the system and did not need to resubmit paperwork. This woman Shanice is just incredibly rude and gave as much attitude as possible. I talked to some of the pediatric parents across the hall in the same building they also said the same thing and most of the parents go to another lab corp. even though they're in the same building! this Woman Shanice is either incompetent with an attitude or does anything she can so people don't go to this Lab Corp. Very disappointing experience.

Do not bring your little children here. My 6yo is so traumatized now. When the nurses walked in they saw my girl was scared because she was hiding under the chair and was saying that she is scared. I guess they didn't have time to waste because they jumped right into it, Did not take any time to explain to her what will happen or what she will have to do (e.g., fold a fist, release her fist). I was about to tell my girls to turn her head and let her dad hold her but I didn't get the chance because the nurse put the needle in before I can make a peep. Then she didn't hold the needle straight up and let it twist sideways in the little vein making my kid scream from pain even more. The best part was that she didn't get enough blood for the tests and told us to come back another time. My kid is so traumatized that there is no way now we can get this done. That was her first blood draw. Thank you LabCorp for making her remember it for the rest of her life!

The staff was excellent. My only issue was that it was impossible to find without help from a very kind person at a nearby facility. There is no signage or number on Washington St. or the building which is hidden by trees.Coming north on Rt 9, make a right onto Marist Dr. and another right onto Washington St. Go past Palace Diner and the drive is on the left next to the billboard.

Very clean and friendly staff. If you go very early in the morning you can walk right in. The phlebotomist I had was very welcoming and kind. She asked how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable when she was taking my blood. They sanitized everything before I went in and as I walked out. Would highly recommend going here.

Unfortunately had to give this location a one star because I couldn't go lower. Terrible customer service. The phlebotomist behind the counter are rude and demonstrate no desire to want to do their job. After the covid pandemic they should be grateful to have steady employment and also be very thankful that they are not like the average patient that is sick and regardless of their medical condition they have to tolerate their poor attitude because blood work is so essential for treatment. They should have upper management monitor this office more frequent. I am a veteran and retired state correction ofc . and always carried out my duties as a public servant diligently so with Lab Corp. being such a large corporation this type of customer service hurts your reputation . There is no excuse and this lack of morale should not be accepted.

I have come here about 4 times for routine quick bloodwork. I go early in the morning and never more than one other person in there so I usually walk-in and am seen within 20 mins but sometimes right away. The staff is always friendly and skilled. I see a fertility specialist so I am getting bloodwork all the time at that doctors office and almost always bruise there. I have gone to this location at least twice with previous bruises on both arms and they never have an issue. One time one person had a hard time finding my vein and I bruised but the other 3 times were quick, easy, and no bruising! The ladies are always sweet and conscious of my bruising, using smaller needles and being extra gentle. I never have stress coming here, easy 5 stars!
