Do not bring your little children here. My 6yo is so traumatized now. When the nurses walked in they saw my girl was scared because she was hiding under the chair and was saying that she is scared. I guess they didn't have time to waste because they jumped right into it, Did not take any time to explain to her what will happen or what she will have to do (e.g., fold a fist, release her fist). I was about to tell my girls to turn her head and let her dad hold her but I didn't get the chance because the nurse put the needle in before I can make a peep. Then she didn't hold the needle straight up and let it twist sideways in the little vein making my kid scream from pain even more. The best part was that she didn't get enough blood for the tests and told us to come back another time. My kid is so traumatized that there is no way now we can get this done. That was her first blood draw. Thank you LabCorp for making her remember it for the rest of her life!

The staff was excellent. My only issue was that it was impossible to find without help from a very kind person at a nearby facility. There is no signage or number on Washington St. or the building which is hidden by trees.Coming north on Rt 9, make a right onto Marist Dr. and another right onto Washington St. Go past Palace Diner and the drive is on the left next to the billboard.

Very clean and friendly staff. If you go very early in the morning you can walk right in. The phlebotomist I had was very welcoming and kind. She asked how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable when she was taking my blood. They sanitized everything before I went in and as I walked out. Would highly recommend going here.

Unfortunately had to give this location a one star because I couldn't go lower. Terrible customer service. The phlebotomist behind the counter are rude and demonstrate no desire to want to do their job. After the covid pandemic they should be grateful to have steady employment and also be very thankful that they are not like the average patient that is sick and regardless of their medical condition they have to tolerate their poor attitude because blood work is so essential for treatment. They should have upper management monitor this office more frequent. I am a veteran and retired state correction ofc . and always carried out my duties as a public servant diligently so with Lab Corp. being such a large corporation this type of customer service hurts your reputation . There is no excuse and this lack of morale should not be accepted.

I have come here about 4 times for routine quick bloodwork. I go early in the morning and never more than one other person in there so I usually walk-in and am seen within 20 mins but sometimes right away. The staff is always friendly and skilled. I see a fertility specialist so I am getting bloodwork all the time at that doctors office and almost always bruise there. I have gone to this location at least twice with previous bruises on both arms and they never have an issue. One time one person had a hard time finding my vein and I bruised but the other 3 times were quick, easy, and no bruising! The ladies are always sweet and conscious of my bruising, using smaller needles and being extra gentle. I never have stress coming here, easy 5 stars!

Lisa at the front desk is very rude every morning I have seen her. Today, she was raising her voice at a foreign elderly woman because she didn't know how to use the sign-in kiosk. The elderly woman did not have a script with her and spoke with broken English, so with the conversation barrier, Lisa got frustrated and immediately dismissed the woman rather than trying to communicate what the patient should do next to obtain a new script. She needs more communication training and customer service training. This is a business. They should have their workers who represent their company have better customer service. Won't be returning.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! Lisa is a sweetheart! I'm always in & out, which is nice because we don't have all the time in the world to wait around like other places I've gone too.

Pleasant but had to wait when I was the only person there. No one at the window so I took a seat. A person came in after me and the worker came out right away and took care of him first. Not organized maybe.

I have been here many times. Sometimes it is so busy that having an appointment doesn't help much. The employees have always treated me with respect. I highly recommend this location.

That place is a joke. Do not make an appointment...it's a waste of time.
