Giving this store a 1 is a gift. We came into the store for the first time and were never greeted. We could hear two ladies complaining about something having to do with register procedures and counting, and as we got further into the store we could see the two ladies leaning on the counter, cell phones in hand, just gossiping away. They never acknowledged us or moved from where they were, although both looked over at us. We looked at each other, my wife chuckled, then we turned to make our way out. We saw a third employee putting away clothes and she turned to look at us as we walked out the door. Very poor customer service.

Maria was great! She was pleasant, friendly and professional. She assisted me with finding clearance bras, ad well as regular priced bras. She was patient and everything. I drove from New York and this visit was definitely worth the travel. Also, the other representative, who's name I didn't get, was also super nice and a great conversationalist.Thank you both so much!
