“I had a coupon for 50% of a car wash and my phone was having trouble loading the coupon. The young man that helped me was patient, friendly, and gets an A+ for customer service (which seems to be a rarity these days).”

“Hello this is Mike of Mike's Laundromat and dry cleaners most of the reviews reflect what we hear on a daily basis from our customer's which we are always grateful for! To those including the gentleman who recently said he got shortchanged from the coin machine and his clothes did not dry in the dryer, I would invite you to come back and give us a second chance as I can assure you that was an isolated incident which I wish I had more details on but unfortunately did not get a phone call from the customer.
Also I would like to let all patrons know that my phone number is available both on the coin machine in the front of the store and also on the office door in the back of the store! We have a good reputation in the community and I would hate for a couple of isolated incidents to diminish that in any way. Both me and my employees make it our mission to make sure that any and all issues that leave any customer with a bad experience are always dealt with responded to and compensated for! Which we will continue to do so as we always have now and in the future for any customer that is willing to communicate any issue that they might have respectfully instead of just leaving a bad review.
Thank you for your patronage!
Michael Caballero”
“We have used Red Cap cleaning services both in Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie for a number of years and they are outstanding! So professional, reliable, and gracious! We’ve also used their tailoring services and everything is expertly done! It is always a pleasure
doing business with Pierrette and her well-trained staff!”

“I just called to ask if they were open on Easter and the lady gave me the nastiest attitude.
And the cleaning lady, she will literally push you out of the way just to clean when she has hours left in the store.”
“Staff is extremely friendly and more than accommodating. I always see Paul there working his butt off trying to deliver the best experience possible, and it shows!”

“I like going here over all. There's a lot of machines and dryers. The downside is the big big machines are all broken now for months. Maybe even a year now. Get those going again and I'll give it 5 stars”
“i came to poughkeepsie for a few days to visit my family and i found this laundry to wash my clothes and the attention and the Service of the lady that work there is excellent very clean place and smells very good i will highly recommend this place”
“I love supporting small businesses like this one. I've brought items for tailoring and for dry-cleaning, and everything is done with perfection. I also appreciate her being honest in what she's able to do such as telling me she couldn't take out my jeans; instead she offered another button, which worked out well. A couple of months ago I finally decided to dry clean my comforters (rather than wash them myself) and they seemed the cleanest they've ever been. Worth every penny!”

“Visited the LaGrange Foam and Wash a few times and no issues. In and out! The other day I had an issue with the payment and when I got home, I noticed a duplicate charge. I called the #800 and s/w Alyssa. She was personable and very helpful. Was able to correct the duplicate charge. I was pleasantly surprised how quick this was (as I was silently dreading a long convoluted attempt to correct this issue). Wanted to share the review!!!!!”
“Plenty of bays and different options like the automatic Touch Free car wash (I haven't used these yet), and a couple different DIY car washes, which I prefer. The prices are fair and the place is maintained nicely. I would recommend this car wash... it's between Main St and the arterial on N Grand Ave.
They also have a self service Dog Wash, Vacuums, Vending Machines (accessories, towels, AmorAll products, etc.) and the car wash is open 24/7.”
“New machines. 6m@$0.25 dryer. Has the option for no heat for the items you don’t want heatet. No heat, low, medium & high. Largest wash is 8.00 bit expensive.”

“By far the best laundromat I’ve ever been to! It’s so clean, quiet, and cozy. The owner Suzy really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and was incredibly helpful in getting me oriented with the process. While I waited, she offered complimentary coffee, tea, or iced tea, and I even got to play plinko for prize tickets. There’s such a sense of community here that I really appreciate. And I can’t forget the shop pup, Kiwi! I was lucky enough to hang out with him on my lap while I worked on my laptop. He’s a sweetheart. Whether I need a self-service laundromat again or decide to try out her other services, this is absolutely the place I’d choose.”
