Staff is friendly and very helpful .They all helped me in a situation that I was in and they were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Went there today to pick up a sale item. It wasn't on the shelf but the associate working in the tool department tracked it down and got it for me. All the staff was very friendly.

Exactly what you'd expect out of Lowe's. No complaints EXCEPT the sheer amount of solicitation happening recently, if you need to go in. We were in there less than 30min, and we were asked about solar and HVAC three times. Be prepared to be approached by various and numerous sales reps.
