I contacted Macy's chat multiple times and it's very frustrating and I don't understand why Macy's an American company outsources to India for people to work, customer service, phone and live chat. It makes no sense why you would put people whose English is not their first language for phones and live chat. I think it's absolutely disgusting. There are Americans that need work such as myself and taking away from American jobs. You probably not going to correct this issue because Macy's is going out of business, but it's very frustrating. These people do not understand English things get lost in translation. It sounds like I'm talking to a robot or AI. They just read off a script. It's just a disgusting business practice that needs to be addressed and resolved. Thank you. I won't be shopping at Macy's again.

I came here with my friend to return an 100 dollar perfume that THEY MESSED UP and the manager CRUZ was very rude. She was saying I was scamming even though I had the box and she was mad i took the plastic off.. how i’m supposed to know ya sent the wrong perfume in the RIGHT BOX if i didn’t take the plastic off ??? oh okay then she smiling all goofy saying she can’t do anything which she obviously can’t because i spotted nasty food in her disgusting clear braces that she should not have at her big age of 74! Then big musty wanna come in the other corner like “you don’t know how many people try and scam” GIRL I DID NOT ASK I WAS TALKING TO BRACE FACE I DONT NEED NARRATION. Anywho misery kills get a new job that doesn’t require you to sell things you so obviously can’t afford and maybe you’ll be happier! Thank you & goodnight.

Had a horrible experience with the manager of this store, Tania. She did not honor the price listed on a shoe which was clearly put on by an employee by mistake not by a child or randomly tossed and landed on the bottom of the shoe as she said herself. The employee confirmed the boot had the price tag (firmly) and an additional 40% off tag hanging on the boot (Black Friday special) so the employee called the manager, Tania to assist further as the employee did not know why the tag was showing a lower price from the price she got when she rang the item at the register. Tania expected me to know the price tag was wrong, did not apologize for the misleading savings amount AND price tag. As a manager maybe you should ensure the items have the correct price tag and the promotions are displayed correctly to avoid misleading customers. ESPECIALLY FOR BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS. This will save customers TIME and effort to not purchase an item that is "actually" double the wrong price tag. Clearly does not care about providing a good shopping experience.

I'm a guy who is used to shopping in a now defunct JC Penny. Macy's seems wildly out of my budget. However when they have a sale or clearance rack, the deals are amazing.

Was in the store today shopping i had my daughter in the stroller so we had to use the elevator to go up to the kids department got on the elevator and it started violently shaking and wouldn't go to second floor...found an associate to ask if there was another cuz this one is obviously not working..mind you it was not blocked off there was no sign nothing and all he said was yeah it's broken I don't know and walked away...what if someone was seriously injured??? they obviously don't care i was terrified ...the place is filthy and u cant find anyone to help you and when you do they aren't nice at all...I can see this store closing surprised it hasn't happened already.

I visited Macy's in Poughkeepsie today to purchase new make-up. I was greeted by Yani in the Clinique department. She was anxious to assist in my goal to obtain a more natural look. She did a make over using Clinique products and did a fabulous job. Her choice of color worked very well with my skin tone, and she explained why these colors work best to obtain a more natural look. This girl knows her stuff! I would highly recommend her to anyone shopping for new make up or attempting to obtain a certain look. She will take great care of you! I will be going back to see her. Thanks so much Yani!

No one answers the phones, they have obliterated mens department from extension list so can’t do anything which is RIDICULOUS, called the at store pick-up and was given 2 bogus extensions 2537 and 2531, unable to reach mens department cause it’s not listed to be connected and no phone lines are answered so No business!!
