I can’t speak highly enough about Poppy and Sinead at Mag Auto Corp ! They were so kind and compassionate through the whole purchasing process. I test drove a 2018 Alpha Romeo Gulia a few days ago and fell in love with it. Poppy and Sinead helped me get the best deal and went above and beyond making sure that everything ran smoothly and efficiently so I could drive off with the car asap. They have such great senses of humor and truly put a smile on my face from the minute I walked in their door to the moment I walked out of it. I will be recommending anyone who is looking to purchase a used car to their amazing establishment due to their impeccable service, vehicle selection, and the fun-filled environment that they have facilitated !

Save yourself the time, money, and worry. I’ve been having problems with my car i bought back in January 15,2024. I now have a blown engine, transmission, and a blown head gasket. I have a Ford Escape Titanium 2015. Even when having problems when I first bought the car it was nothing but a problem to get fixed. He would never text back all the times I would reach out. Instead he would call me so there’s no proof of him knowing anything that was going on with the car. I got sold a pure lemon. Lemon laws in NYS cap out after a certain amount of mileage, so I lost luck on that. Even when sending me to Arlington Auto where they do nothing but INSURANCE FRAUD up there DONT GO there either , I never got paperwork for any of the “fixes” they so called did. I had rear shock issues, electrical issues, battery issues. You name it the car RAN THRU it ALL . I’m honestly disappointed and been overwhelmed with the car since I got it. Please save your time and money, these cars are nowhere near reliable or efficient for use. They don’t even let you test drive the car for FREE! That tells you everything you need to know ALREADY.

Worst dealer, he ripped my mom off and she's a senior, he lied about repairs when she brought her car and flat out refused to fix her car. Don't waste your hard earned money here!

Papi and Mag Auto Corp sold me an 09 Infinity with a ROTTED frame. This was discovered later that year when a piece of the frame by wheel was broken off.
When called, Papi got overly aggressive and blamed wear and tear. After a few heated calls, he agreed to provide a loaner while he had it checked at a place called Speedys. After it was returned, I thought they had it welded. I was very wrong. I have had it looked at and they did not weld the car. The car is being held together by putty. This was the resolution that they took to wait out the time and mileage limitations to avoid a lawsuit.
However, they took the car in knowing the frame was rotted and then gave it back with rear end being put together by putty risking my life, the life of my family,
And all the civilians I come across in my travels. They sold me a death trap.
Thousands of dollars was spent over the summer before this was discovered. Multiple shredded tires, new rack and pinion, control arms. We try to do an alignment and rear adjusters were needed. They could not get one on for fear of the car just collapsing. Please see attached picture and be warned. The BBB will be notified and lawyers will be retained.
I did attempt to call Papi. He did the same thing and got overly aggressive and played mind games like pretending he couldn’t hear me, the same speech from earlier, and then acting again Like we have a bad connection. Then he picks it back up when I said, “I’m not getting any help from you.” He offered to take it back to Speedys….the place that had my car held together with PUTTY.
I am stuck with this car as it was financed but it can’t be driven. I would let it be repossessed or voluntarily surrender but it is unethical to give it away or have it be auctioned off.
I will not do to others what Poppi and Mag Auto Corp did to me.
If your credit is shot, use Carvana. You have to pay a down payment any way and you’ll have a more dependable car and with better service if there’s an issue. Why give almost 1k in commission to scammer salespeople? Save your money and the aggravation.

Purchased a Kia forte last week for my daughter. Stephen treated us as though he were buying a vehicle for his own child. He and the mechanic at Wheels R us made sure the car would be safe and reliable for years to come.
