Totally dishonest and lacks pricing transparency. Buyer beware. Overcharging hundreds of dollars for simple brake jobs and tire replacements. Avoid this location at all costs.

Disappointed service. A good friend went to have their tires put on here. We have been going here for years now. We always call to make an apt.
This time, instead of being honest, they tried to swap out the tires on the fly with ones that were not agreed upon and didn't even call thinking that was 'Ok'. Customer service has dropped dramatically. The customer always needs to be consulted when there is a change that was not agreed upon.
Very upset and very disappointed.

I was over the last week for a tire problem. The boys over there pointed out more issues that I wasn't aware and got it fixed. In the meantime, I needed a ride in between the fixes and Kyle went over and above to drive me around. Just wanted to let everyone know that I really appreciated the kindness you showed.

I scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment at Mavis on Parker Avenue in Poughkeepsie on Saturday 10/5/24. I showed up a few minutes before 8 and expected to wait an until they opened at 8. When I showed up, quite a few technicians were waiting outside and said that they were waiting on the manager to show up with keys. So, I thought ok I can wait a bit because I really needed new tires. The manager showed up an hour and 45 minutes after the store was supposed to open. I understand that things happen, but an hour and 45 minutes is quite excessive, especially for customers who have scheduled appointments. It is important for a business to respect their customers time and to have procedures in place to ensure that staff is ready to go upon opening.
Kyle and Carlos were efficient and professional, which helped to alleviate some of my frustration.
After the tires were installed, I couldn’t help but reflect on the overall experience. While I was satisfied with the service once things got moving, the initial waiting period was a significant downside. I left the shop with new tires and a sense of relief, but I can't shake the feeling that this location could benefit from better management practices.
If they want to keep customers coming back, they need to ensure that their operations run smoothly from the moment they are supposed to open.

Very responsive, welcoming and cooperative with prices. Tires are expensive but they got me a quote at least 100 dollars cheaper and on top, gave me a 20% discount on alignment. Really helped me out in a tough spot. Receptionist is also very knowledgeable.

This is the best auto mobile service I have ever visited…I was worried about my tires and I had no much knowledge about them ..they fixed it within few minutes . The service is really good and friendly .

Person at the front was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Options were presented to me to fit my need, and my tire was fixed quick. Best interaction I’ve had at a repair shop.

Amazing team. Great place. Mavis on 33 Parker is the place to go. I called them today told them I needed two new tires and a wheel alignment was told to come right away. Fast service always on point. Very informative crew. Thank you guys
