She provided me ice packs with no question and allowed me ample time to calm myself before leaving the appointment. She was an expert and it was the most painless time giving blood I have ever experienced. First time not passing out and I will be back again anytime I have bloodwork ordered!”

“I went in as a walk in. It was around 1045 to 11am & it said there next available was at 1:20pm & the blood work i needed to me was extremely to get done asap. So I put myself on the wait list. The waiting room really had no one. Then 2 others showed up with appointments I kept looking at the screen & worried about how long I would have to wait. The lady that was working called her next patient & was kind to let me know she didn't forget about me that I would be next. She was sweet and awesome. When I sat in the chair after going through all the information & asking me the verification questions she asked which are was good. I let her know that both had scar tissue but she could go above or below it. She listened & did great.”
