“I have blood work done atleast every 6 months and have always liked coming to Quest. Making appts is easy, there is little to no wait time and the phlebotomists are always so professional and nice. For this visit, we discovered that for the 1st time my drs office did not send the order to Quest, and I didn't think to bring the paper copy because I never needed it before. Kate went above and beyond to help. We called the drs office and when they didn't answer I went back home to get the paper order. Kate was so sweet she held my appt. and took me as soon as I returned to Quest. I've always liked Quest, but I really appreciated the level of service that Kate provided, she was very professional and helpful.”

She provided me ice packs with no question and allowed me ample time to calm myself before leaving the appointment. She was an expert and it was the most painless time giving blood I have ever experienced. First time not passing out and I will be back again anytime I have bloodwork ordered!”
