“Exceptional Service at Zumiez, Poughkeepsie Galleria
I want to give a huge thank you to Julia, the manager at Zumiez in the Poughkeepsie Galleria, and her amazing team, Sydney and Ant. My son and I had one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, and it was entirely because of this outstanding staff.
From the moment we walked in, Julia and her team were warm, cheerful, and extremely hospitable. They were knowledgeable about current sales and deals, helped us pull the right sizes for him, and even offered great style recommendations that he ended up loving. What stood out the most was how naturally they worked together, when Julia stepped away to assist another customer, Sydney and Ant jumped right in without being asked, making sure the experience continued seamlessly.
Every team member contributed, making the entire visit fun, memorable, and effortless. Their positive energy and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt genuinely inviting.
I highly recommend visiting this Zumiez location, not just for the products, but for the exceptional people who make this store what it is. Thank you, Julia, Sydney, and Ant, for making our day and elevating the whole experience. You are awesome!

“I come shopping here quite frequently. I specially their last act, thus is where you will find their markdowns. Done are to be left behind and other times there is a success. They are starting to come out with the spring fashion items. Snd of course it s depends on your style. It's just fun to go shopping. Very therapeutic”
“Loved the prices, quality and variety but watch out for those yellow heavy metal hangers in the dressing rooms. Almost knocked me out. Would recommend they be placed on the back wall behind the door instead of so close to the opening/entrance. Head trauma hazard”
“Took my 3 boys 5,6 and 10 as well as my self. Bizzy as they were, they came over asked if we need help. Within 10 minutes they figured out all of our sizes. Found us all the same style and color suits, shirts and ties. Fitted for tailor to ajust and out the door in 1hrs . Great job guys. Will recommend. This was after going to 3 others stores already 3hr later. Next time it will be my first stop .”
“Very nice employees for the most part willing to help and they are actually there when you need them even maybe to much not watching but trying to sell something for commission so I get it I just tell them if I find something I want to buy I'll come find you.”

I find good sales in this store with lots of trendy and fashionable clothing choices in both junior and full figure sizes.I've always have a pleasant experience with employees because they are friendly and helpful to customers or people who might just be browsing the merchandise.”

“Amazing and kind stuff here. I meant to write a review sooner but I couldn’t remember the location. I had fainted in the store when my fiancé and I at the time we’re shopping for a suit for him for our wedding. and the staff was nothing but kind throughout the whole thing. They got me water and kept checking on me and didn’t rush me away. Thank you so much to the staff to help me I just wish I got your names. ❤️”

“The deals are great and the workers are friendly. They are doing their best and wonderfully kind people, I'd you stop by just stay kind. It is definitely worth the visit. They have clothes, merch, bags, hats, jewelry, sex items, pins, cups, and so much more for your nerds this holiday season. The prices aren't bad for what you are getting. The workers are also pretty knowledgeable about what they are selling.”
