Stood at at the counter for an entire 30 minutes. Had 5 loan payment to make - had the tickets with the checks to make everything easy. the teller was struggling- Marrandia. She asked Carrie several times for help to which the first time Carrie responded " what does the check say?" Several minutes later Mirrandia asked again for help - Carrie says " do 1 at a time. At this point I had been here for about 15 minutes- Carrie didn't seem to care that I had been standing here all along - didn't offer any more assistance. During this time Carrie assited 2 customers. Which 1 customer asked her if she liked it here- Carrie responded - yeah there's plenty of room for advancement and its close to home. Still standing her with Miranda struggling. Asked another associate for help but with no end result. While standing at the window for 30 minutes I was privy to the Branch manager having a conversation with " Chris" the receptionist- it was initially entertaining until it wasnt. Tabitha is the branch manager- she would be celebrating her anniversary soon - and she will be going to Rhode Island - not sure if Rhode Island was where she was celebrating, anyway. Probably 20 minutes into my visit to the branch. Oh yeah - customer told Tabitha she looked like she lost weight- Tabitha responded - I've gained a few pounds - Rice Krispy treats go down like water. Miranda asked another teller for help - Marie- she had been cleaning her work station- and again totally oblivious that I had been there for 25 minutes now-told Chris- the receptionist she would need numbers for the override- Chris said if your numbers don't work neither will mine-At this point I asked for the branch manager- was told she was out to lunch. When Tabitha did arrive 30 minutes into my adventure- she said she knew what to do - I had been in the pervious week - it was not as entertaining as this incident . I don't know do you think this is worthy of any stars? In a nut shell there where plenty of employees on staff to assist- Nobody cared that I was there for 30 minutes. Please look at the video- this is not an exaggeration. During my adventure there were literally at most- 5 customer transactions during my stay. May 3 was the transaction date - I believe I arrived at 11:45 ish and departed 12:18. Gotta see it to believe it !!!!!!!!

A great place to bank. I'm pleased to say it was a pleasure visiting the branch on 03.10.2023 because I received great service. The teller who attended to my needs also went way beyond to assist with a personal request. In addition, the Lead personnel Monika was polite and willing to accommodate my request. Thank you both so much for making a happy customer an even happier one!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this is really bad. Yesterday, I went in to get a new debit card because mine was compromised the day before. I haven’t had access to my money for two days, today will be the third day. They give me a new card in one of those little white sleeves and I never took it out and looked at it because she said I had to wait 24 hours to activate it. So here I am the next day, I pull out the card And I don’t know who Maxine Patrick-Thompson is but they put her name on my card. How could this possibly happen when the bank employee had my picture ID right in front of her. I’ve had multiple issues with this bank, but this one was the straw that broke the camels back. The incompetence is real.Update… my pin was reset and I can’t use the card anywhere. This is the only bank I’ve ever been to where they don’t Have you reset your pin when you pick up a card. When this initially happened, she reset my pin! When I got the new card I was not asked to reset the pin. I’ve been declining everywhere and I couldn’t figure out why. What a dumpster fire!1/16/2023 update… tried to deposit a check yesterday and it bounced back. Mobile app on except it again this morning. Went to the bank to deposit it through the ATM both the ATM and the 24 seven teller or not in operate condition.
