Owner is not around nor leaves a phone number for complaints?! Had to change washing machines because the one I used didn’t work ! After putting $6.50 it said the door didn’t work. So I couldn’t get my money back. Hopefully they see this and reach out to me. Ps. The phone number in the website doesn’t work.

I live nearby and I don’t even feel safe coming here. It’s a hit and miss… if I see families I’ll do my laundry here but for the most part it’s very sketchy men or crazy homeless people in there. One day I even saw a homeless man taking a poop outside the side door. I wished it felt safer because it’d be more convenient for us to do our laundry here. :(

Place is nice and clean most of the time and the price is good. Mildly infuriated because on their door it says last wash at 7pm and doors automatically lock at 9pm. Came to pick up some finished laundry and the door was locked at 830pm. Atleast update the sign on the door if youre going to lock them earlier than whats posted. ?

New machines. 6m@$0.25 dryer. Has the option for no heat for the items you don’t want heatet. No heat, low, medium & high. Largest wash is 8.00 bit expensive.

Machine froze and locked my laundry inside before washing it. Cannot reach an attendant or owner. Zero phone numbers for help or service. Terrible.

This is a terrific laundromat for those of us who don't have washers at home and/or don't drive. Need more laundry baskets and larger machines are pricey, though.

Love it! It's always spotless. Very few inoperable machines. A little pricey, but laundromats have gone up like everything else, unfortunately.
