The service is not free and is suppose to be a relaxing experience. Treat people with respect and provide service as requested so they will want to return to establishment.

Love this nail salon. Everyone works harmoniously together; they have a wide variety of colors and selections. And they seem to be a staple in the community. They will be the fourth salon I’ve tried since moving to Poughkeepsie. I’m done searching. I can’t wait to come back.

The best place, so sweet and friendly every time! They’ve learned our names and always listen!!! And this is the only place that my nails actually stay for 3-4 weeks it’s amazing!

I have been a regular customer at Nail Spa for about six years now. I have found the service to be excellent, friendly, and expert. I noticed that all customers are treated respectfully, and and requests are taken very seriously. The environment is kept extremely clean And is very comfortable. I don’t even remember a time when I was even the slightest bit disappointed in the work. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and I will continue to be a customer forever. Overpriced and overcharged. $55 base cost for an acrylic fill is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I asked for a white French tip with a fill and Sarah who did my nails charged me $78. She was rough during the service and I could sense that she is not too fond of people of color. I WILL NOT RETURN here as I do not feel welcomed nor appreciate.

The owners of this place are SO disgustingly rude it’s a shame. They’re also insanely over priced and their quality is horrible. Have given this place an endless amount of times but I won’t go to a place where I’m spending money and being disrespected.

Nice place to get a mani/pedi. It's always clean, the staff is friendly, and most times I get right in. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes.

I liked this spot, they were attentive to my feedback and very fast. I will be going here again and would recommend it to even someone wanting acrylics. My only complaint is that they move so fast that the filing hurt a little but I am a baby when it comes to my nails. The outcome was still gorgeous and what I wanted!

I was charged $88 for this nails and with tip it was total of $102. I wasn’t that satisfied with my nails. It’s good but not worth the 100$, this is my first visit to this store. But good ambiance and good maintenance. The only edges weren’t filed very properly, it sometimes hurts when I touch my face

I’ve been to a million nail salons in my life and I swear this is hands down the BEST one. After finding Nail & Spa Boutique I won’t go anywhere else. It’s a beautiful clean salon. You can get your nails done by literally anyone here and they all do an amazing job. Their prices are extremely reasonable for their services. I love all the pedicure packages they have. They use really nice products. I am telling you you won’t find a better nail spa in the area. I haven’t wanted to write this review because I love this place so much I want to gate keep it lol
