I had an unexpected nail in my tire one morning that hindered my commute. I scrambled to find a place that would see if it’s able to be patched when my coworker recommended NorthRoad. John & his team are an absolute delight & so thorough. I’m so glad they were able to help me on such short notice. It’s comforting to have a spot I trust with my car around my place of work since it’s far from home. They have a customer in me for life while I’m around here.

My ac compressor went on my fairly new Tacoma— per the dealership there is a nation wide shortage and would put me on a list. Called north road and they found the part in Texas and had it installed in a week.

I had a problem with my tire that was supposed to be fixed by a different shop. I brought it to North Road to have them look at it, for I knew the problem wasn't fixed by the initial shop. After searching with the mechanic it was fixed properly.

I've always had a fantastic experience at this auto shop and is always my go to over the past 7+ years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they provided excellent service. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

Always a good experience here. Mechanics seem not only knowledgeable by honest - a big plus in today's world of dishonest people trying to profit off of other people's lack of knowledge. These guys are great to deal with.

We live out of state and our daughters car broke down while she was staying in Poughkeepsie. AAA towed it in. I spoke with Lori and Joe. They both were fantastic. The service was quick, very honest and reasonably priced. If we ever need service in Poughkeepsie again, this is the place! I want to give them 10 ⭐️!

Friendly, reliable, fair, and do a great job with our family cars. John and his team are great. Always happy to answer any questions, explain things well so we have a good understanding and don't try to sell you things you don't need.
