I’ve worked with Northside three times now, and every single time they’ve been incredible. They’re seriously some of the kindest, most down-to-earth people, and they’ve made what could’ve been really stressful situations feel so easy. With my most recent crash, I was honestly dreading the whole process.. insurance, repairs, all of it. But they took care of everything, kept me in the loop, and made it as smooth as possible. Alsoooo, my car somehow looks better now than it did before the accident. Their work is that good. I keep going back because they truly care and they always deliver. Couldn’t recommend them more.

The first time I needed body work someone told me about Northside,the staff,(Jack,Anthony,Dennis...everyone) made the process of getting my vehicle done easy and stressless. Excellent work, attentive and friendly service, and terrific communication throughout the process. They always made me feel welcome, even when I would stop by un-announced with some additional questions.
Very impressive operation. From the moment I initially walked in until the time I picked up my car, the process was smooth and efficient. Everything was made easy dealing with my insurance company as well. The body work was excellent, car came back looking like new.
There were many options to choose from to get body work on my car, I'm so glad I chose Northside. I Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jack and the employees at Northside. After being in a car accident (car totaled), Jack and his team throughly walked me through the process, made sure to give me frequent updates, and checked in to make sure that I was feeling okay. With so many options on places to take your car, Northside goes above and beyond to deliver personalized superior service. The customer service is incredible- Would highly recommend to anyone!

I recently went to Northside Auto Body for my photo inspection for my new car. Even though this was a free service, they treated me like I was a long-time valued customer. I was greeted promptly upon entering their business, was directed to the free coffee, snacks, and water station for my 10 minute wait while they completed the inspection. When I left, they gave me a gift bag and thanked me for choosing their business! While I hope I never need to have body work done to my vehicle, if I ever do, I know where I'll be taking my car!
