Excellent school with excellent education. The teachers and faculty really care for the students. The school has excellent values and works are to maintain them. The inclusiveness is wonderful because its rare to find a school with such high diversity.

My daughter has been at Oakwood for three years!! OFS offers an incredible community, small classes, arts and great a great sports department. The environment is supportive and has been life changing for my child.

Oakwood Friends School is a college preparatory Quaker school with day and boarding programs serving grades 6-12. Founded in 1796, it is the first college preparatory school in the state of New York. Oakwood is located in Poughkeepsie, New York, in the Hudson River Valley, midway between New York City and Albany.
