Loved the prices, quality and variety but watch out for those yellow heavy metal hangers in the dressing rooms. Almost knocked me out. Would recommend they be placed on the back wall behind the door instead of so close to the opening/entrance. Head trauma hazard

The store is nice and fine but do not sign up for their credit card service. It's through a 3rd party company so Old Navy can't even help you if you run into trouble. You have to deal with the 3rd party to resolve your balance, and they have predatory late fees without grace periods or 1st time forgiveness. The store is fine, but never sign up for the credit card.

Rude , Terrible, nonsense staff!!!!!!!
So i went to get leggings and there was price off of buy 1 get 50%off on 2nd and ofcourse except the 50% everything else was small and i didnt read it, I was at the check out and girl told me that its not 50% and she took me to the place to show me that its not 50% which i understand . So as she walked back and i walked behind her to the counter to i can buy with full price. She asked me to go back to the line even by seeing that i was already in line for 15 min before and now she wants me to go back even after seeing that i am 7 month pregnant!!!!! Then her manager asked her to help me first. and she had no other option....
HER NAME IS LORI!!!!! I will never ever shop at this place again .....

The older women working here on 12/31 around 12:45 is a incompetent moron and one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. No wonder she works at a retail store in the mall. What a loser.

We shopped here for the first time and I just wanted to share that they have an awesome clearance section! We will definitely be coming back to this location, they’re store is well kept, organized, and there are plenty of registers which means you aren’t waiting long to pay!
Alexis (I think that was her name- senior lead) Took care of us at the register. She was friendly, attentive and helpful ! I wanted to exchange my pants I ordered online for a different size (which I found while shopping) and It was awesome because she was able to price match !! How awesome ??!
Definitely recommend this location, really organized and sweet people!

One of my relatives tried to work at this establishment but couldn’t due to my he factor of the manager not telling her what she needed and misleading her. This was said relatives first job and was hurt deeply by this mistreatment. I believe the manger’s name was Denise. We will never go back to this Old Navy’s.

The manger here has treated my cousin poorly. This was her first time trying to get a job yet she couldn’t even start. I am very disappointed.
