The team at Parker mechanical is outstanding in customer service, care, and efficiency. From the moment you walk through the doors you get the sense that they care about you and want you to have a comfortable experience. They have gotten me in and out for oil changes super fast and they have helped me whenever I had a question or issue with my car! I have a Subaru WRX which I love and I KNOW it is in GREAT hands when I bring it here!

Parker Mechanical is where it’s at!!! Lightning fast turnaround and incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and kind staff. I go to school down the road and my car wouldn’t start and they took my car in the same day. After I voiced concerns about my battery, they not only checked it out, but also fixed a faulty connection, free of charge! They even tested my engine every 30 minutes to make sure it would start consistently. Diagnosed an issue with the starter (which my dealership back home failed to do), and replaced it at a very fair price. Kept me and my parents in the loop throughout the whole process. To top it all off, they gave me a car wash (best surprise ever!!!) and even offered to give me a ride if I have any other car troubles in the future. Really feel like they went the extra mile for me. An honest business with a skilled and thorough team that genuinely cares. I’ll be recommending Parker Mechanical to everyone I know!

I needed to get new tires for suv. I went into this shop after a difficult and stressful experience at another store however Steve and Anglo were both very pleasant and patiently assisted me with selecting the right tires for my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and my car was serviced in a timely and efficient manner. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be going back there for all my car needs. Thanks guys.

My friend recommended this shop after another mechanic kept scamming me. I LOVE Parker mechanical!!! They are reasonably priced, they don’t try to upsell, and they fix the issue. My spouse and I have been there a few times now. It’s so nice to have a trustworthy mechanic in the area!

GREAT SERVICE! I found myself in an unexpected situation where my battery died. Matt arrived and got my car started. I was about to head to the dealership to get a new battery, I was already prepared to pay an arm and leg. Matt made a phone call and said the shop had a battery for me and to follow him back. This whole interaction from start to finish was maybe 30-45 mins and I drove off happy! All the guys at the shop were amazing and the price was affordable. I am an extremely happy customer and when needed I will continue to do business with them in the future!!!! Keep up the great work guys!
