Both of our boys have/had their instruments from Paul Effman Music. I have found that the customer service we have received from everyone there has been exceptional! They truly go above and beyond and I wish other companies were as conscientious, kind and professional as PEM! Highly recommend!! ?????

I can somewhat agree with the good reviews of the instruments (more on that later), but their lessons are AWFUL!My daughter was very interested in learning violin, but signing up for lessons with Paul Effman through her school led her to lose interest as she spent months doing nothing but plucking the strings, which were constantly breaking (giving her a convenient excuse to not practice at home). This got worse when in-person learning stopped, as we could see that her online lessons were nothing but plucking one or two strings over and over.We WILL be demanding a full refund for her lessons, as this company wasted a year of prime learning time.

I bought one of their LJ Hutchen brand trumpets. After one year of daily use the trumpet still looks and performs like new.Lost the screw for the third valve slide and they sent out a replacement for free. Great communication and a great company to do business with! I highly recommend them.
