I made the mistake of putting my first mattress cover in the dryer and destroyed it. I have been looking and purchasing ones locally and they just aren't the same. I finally called Aaron's and they had the mattress cover I had before in stock. I was so pleased, I purchased 3. Finally have a mattress cover that protects from so many things and it is breathable. So happy with my choice to go pick them up. Thank you.

I’ve done business with Aaron’s for years but I think things haven’t been up to par lately.. I ordered a recliner got a delivery date so I called just days before it was suppose to be delivered they had no record of my order.. So I went elsewhere & got a recliner.. My Tv payments are due on the 1st of every month yesterday which was the 30th they took a payment out of my account than I check my bank account this morning which is the 1st they took another payment out for October.. That is unacceptable..

This place is a JOKE!!! Chris is the worst - arrogant, rude and lies. Very unprofessional. Makes comments to customers about management. I suggest you walk out if he is on the floor working. Jose helped us. Had some things needing replaced due to damage or was forgot to be put on delivery truck. Had to call or stop by to follow up. This day and age you would think the computer system would keep a better track of the stores items. Second delivery; I waited from 10am until 4:00. My delivery was to be 10-2. When I called to see where the truck was I was told afternoon delivery. Spoke to Chris on phone. No surprise, he said after talking to me day before that I had wrong info. He lied! The delivery guys did show up and they were so nice and worked fast.

Might be better to do without since this renting a very costly way to furnish your home.If you need a bed you probably do not want to sleep on someone's used mattress. If renting insist on a new sleeping platform. If not available possibly one of the inexpensive foam mattresses available on the Web might do. My advice is to save for furniture and buy one thing at a time from a store that offers good prices when you have accumulated enough cash..Rent a TV? Why? Look at the inexpensive TV's at Best Buy. $100 will get you a satisfactory model.

This was By Far the worst experience ever. I placed a order payed for it and it was supposed to be delivered between a certain time in which it wasn’t I called and spoke to a lady and got the smart remark “ Your Not our Only Customer” but still wasn’t able to give me any answers on when I would receive my washer and dryer I feel like my time and money wasn’t good enough for them they made me feel as if I was problem. I received a call from delivery at 5:28 saying they will be to me in 20 min I left work which was 11 min drive only to get home to a sorry we missed you tag. I will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. I was then told I’m order for a refund I would have to come the following day when the manager was there for me to show up the same day and the manager was there ! Bad bad bad Business stay away I’d try Aaron’s in a different area if possible I also now have to get a uhual to pick up my washer and dryer because their driver messed up in which I feelLike it was intentional especially after seeing them Shorty after at the store while I was there never was offered to bring the item back today even though this was 2 hours before closing the only help was the manager their associates are HORRIBLE and Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Especially Kris and the What ever lady works there

Unless u steal there furniture and disappear with there stuff they are fine .miss a payment they come.to get it . Thw manager staff ther in dutchess turnpike pok suck jose matt and one eyed chris ... nasty and have no respectbthey dont wear there mask and i would not recommend them we brought a chase day bed and it broke .. also there so called ashley is the cheapest s*** in the world... and breaks like a mofo do not go there ....
