Dr Rubin was amazing. He is so patient, kind, and informative. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. The entire staff was EXCELLENT. Great customer service. They went out of their way to help me find and order a pair of frames that were not on display but that I had a picture of. They even took the time to find the right size for the shape of my face. Great attention to detail to find the perfect frames.

So , maybe a month ago or so I made an appointment online which I followed up with a call and I was told that the online was not accurate and I would have to reschedule. Fast forward to today where I again I make an appointment online for tomorrow and followed it up with a call where I’m told the appointment wasn’t actually available. So I rescheduled while on the phone for about 10 days out. I then get a text to confirm for appointment for tomorrow which I said “cancel” (because I was told it wasn’t available ) I then get a phone call saying the appointment is available and I was asked if I’d like to still come in. I agreed to and then She proceeded to tell me I will owe a missed appointment fee of $50. Do you know how dumb that sounds after my interaction today? No one knew what was going on at all through out the day. I told the lady on the phone, I will just go elsewhere… and she said ok. It was the staff that fumbled the appointments, not me. Really bad customer service.

The staff was Amazing!! Courteous, Very personal and pleasurable. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. They treated me exceptionally WELL!! I was pleased in every shape, form and fashion!! They went way above and beyond!! They were very accommodating EFFORTLESSLY!! If you guys offer any extra incentives when your staff receives compliments, be prepared to take care of them for The Rest of The Year!! Superb Customer Service!! I'll be referring any and everyone to your establishment!! And I am now a Lifetime Patient/Customer 😌😌

I had the most wonderful experience at Pearle Vision in the Poughkeepsie Galleria! The person who helped me went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses that worked for me. They answered all my questions and I was able to use my insurance easily. I rarely write google reviews but this is for people who have had bad glasses store experiences before- this is a great option!

I'm the proud owner of two new pairs of reasonably priced glasses that I bought from Pearle in June & July of 2024. Professionals throughout the establishment, they seem to be far better than a previous Poughkeepsie-area eyewear retailer that I dealt with back in 2020.
