My husband and I had a wood floor put in and some tile work done by Personal Touch flooring. (Yes, they also do tiles!)
Joe who is one of the owners of this family run business did all the work along with his nephew Thomas. They were very reasonable with their price, neat, reliable and addressed all of our questions.
The workmanship and results of our family room were amazing! The room now had a facelift and whole new modern look! I have attached before and after photos

From the moment I walked in the door at Personal Touch I knew things where my flooring would come from. The family are experts in their products and it truly shows. They have large sample pieces to bring home and were very patient with me bringing them back and forth. Prices are absolutely fair for the amazing quality. Installation was fabulous and meticulous. Old carpets and new flooring down in one day. Debbie, Joe and Heather are a great local family to work with and buy from!

I am so happy I walked into Personal Touch Flooring and met Debbie. She was so kind and personable. I was looking to replace two rooms that had carpet with hardwood flooring and had a very short window. They get a shipment twice a week so I was able to get the rooms measured, flooring ordered and installed in about a week. Joe did a great and thorough job installing and even helped with some repairs he had noticed in some other rooms. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!

We are so impressed with Personal Touch Flooring and with Debbie, Joe and Heather. They were all so helpful and so patient with us as we had trouble choosing the perfect flooring for our home - a lot of decision making and then work on their part to make sure we were happy with our final decision. Had vinyl flooring put down in dining room and hall ways. They look and feel great. Joe and his son did a great job with the installation and clean-up. They were very professional.
Follow up - had a new floor put down in my kitchen and there was no question on who we were going to hire to put it in. Personal Touch worked with us to schedule a date that worked with the other contractor and installed the floor. The floor looks great and installation was done in a timely manner

Personal Touch Flooring is a great family run business. They have always been very helpful in assisting us in selecting the best product for our home projects. Debbie and Heather take a "hands on" approach, showing different material options and discussing the pros and cons of each. Joe installed the tiling in our bathroom professionally. He was willing to work with us, allowing my husband to do some of the prep work to keep costs down. We ate very happy with our new bath.

We hired Personal Touch Flooring to install a luxury vinyl floor in the 600 sq. foot lower level of our new Fishkill, NY home. Right from my first call of inquiry, the owners Joe and Debbie - a family business - were clear and patient in explaining all aspects of the product itself, the installation process and a ballpark price range. My wife and I then visited their store in Wappinger Falls, where many of the products are well displayed, and chose the specific flooring. Joe soon after came out to give us an estimate, and then personally did the installation exactly as scheduled one week later. The installation went splendidly and the floor looks great. We're very grateful for both their professionalism and - as the name of their business claims – the personal touch that Debbie and Joe provided. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
