They have an exceptional selection, customer service is great, also I'm in and out in no time. There is handicap accessible park, and entrance. They also offer curbside pick up.

I just wanted to share how great the grooming team was. I brought my dog Meg there who is a nervous girl after some past negative nail experiences elsewhere. I let them know and they took such great care of her. They took their time and really went above and beyond to help my anxious pup. I am so thankful to them!

My 5 month old Doberman and I had the absolute best nail trimming experience here! It was my puppy’s first time getting her nails done, and the grooming techs here could not have been more sweet or professional with her. They were extremely fast, affordable and did a great job on her nails. My puppy and I will definitely be returning customers at the Poughkeepsie Petsmart! Thank you!

I’m PISSED!!!
If you guys know anything about my dog, you know he loves to eat fecal matter from other animals. That’s his flaw… don’t judge. Because of the numerous visits to the vet for Giardia, he wears a muzzle that stops him from eating stool.
I booked an appt at PetSmart for a “bath and brush”. Since I just walked him with his muzzle on and THEY SELL MUZZLES, I figured it would be ok if I took it off once I got him in to the groomers. I get told by the grooming manager that they have to cancel his appt because he’s wearing a muzzle. She says “muzzles show aggression” and that I could be rescheduled for another day. He was not showing any signs of aggression at all.
THERE IS NO POLICY THAT SAYS MUZZLES=DENIAL OF SERVICE!
I’ve spent so much money at Petsmart with trainings, supplies, treat, clothes etc. Best believe I will never set foot in this store again.

Antoinette is the best. She has been doing my Ruby's hair, nails etc since she was a pup. Professional and always has my baby looking and smelling good. For the holidays she gave her a treat!

Anthony did a FANTASTIC job grooming my Australian shepherd. She’s prone to matting in certain areas, and she looks like a brand new dog. I will definitely rebook with him.
