This was my first time visiting the Salon, and I had a customized blonding session with Ashley Baker. If I could give more stars I absolutely would!!! She was the most kind, funny, professional, and REALLLLL hair stylist I have ever met and I absolutely love her and what she did to my hair!! I will definitely be back to her and recommend her to everyone!! ?

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am… ? I arrived at 11:20 and long story short it was a mess!! I waited 3 hours for my hair to get done and I was told every 15min she would be finished. When she was finally finished the other woman’s hair , I asked if there would be a discount for me considering I waited 3 hours for a scheduled appointment and she said no!! There was no accountability or professionalism. I was so hurt and disappointed because I have been there multiple times over the years and constantly send people to her.What was worse is that she had an attitude, blamed me and said I need to update my phone number online(although We both texted and spoke on the phone multiple times this week- even that day we did) - I also could have left and came back if she didn’t keep telling me 15 min - and that she is almost done…. her response to me questioning her was “you see I’m still doing this persons hair though” — she did not have to lie… covid precautions also were not taken in her room (they were in the building not her salon ) although the website says they would have been. The room is very small only enough for 1 styling chair and 1 dryer chair I sat in the dryer chair while she did the other clients hair who was not wearing a mask eating food. Also the stylist took her mask down the 2nd time I entered the room and that’s where it stayed. Overall it was a very poor experience and I left… I tried to give the benefit of doubt because I was recommended by extended family from church but it did not work out. I no longer send people there. Though she may do a good job It’s not worth the disrespect and stress…

Cynthia never disappoints! Very knowledgeable, professional always! Salon is cleaned and sanitized before each client enters. Mask protocol always in use. She gave my grandson his very first haircut! Perfection!

You call the phone number and a recorded message leads you to website. You go to website to see how to make an appointment.There is nothing there to make an appointment. Then you find a phone number which leads you to original message.You drive to the location and you can't walk in, no phone number on the glass. A sign on door says do not knock, call to make an appointment.How the heck is a person supposed to make an appointment?????Ended up at another Salon that isn't so Fort Knox-

I saw Cynthia Martinez Moore of Eclectic Hair Salon. It's located at the Phenix Salon Suites. She always does a great job on my hair. I always walk out feeling confident and beautiful. I can't see myself going anywhere else, she's the best.

I only take care my hair and this place put a lot of my fears to rest. My stylist Shetalia did an amazing job on my supper thick and course hair she even offered me water as I had a short wait. My hair came out beautiful. My only negative was the few flys that kept pestering us. I'm sure it was just a recent situation but it was a little annoying for me. Other than that I had no complaints. Pricing seems to be on par with what you would expect now days so I'd say give them a try especially for my natural's out there

Cynthia Moore was great. I had recent knee surgery and couldn't sit too long. She was very patient and allowed me to take breaks to stretch my leg. My hair was damaged and brittle. Cynthia Moore restored my hair back to its natural luster. Thanks Cynthia for restoring my confidence.
