Came here for the first time, originally wanted a Medusa which she talked me out of I then told her I wanted the Ashley which she proceeded insisting I get the vertice labret and I told her no. Once she started to show the placement I asked her to move it slightly up a little due to my bottom lip being bigger. She did but when she pierced it she did not pierce it in the middle of my lip. I’ve gotten piercings multiple times and never paid for the jewelry which she didn’t inform me about any sort of extra charges for anything. She then told me return back in two weeks to change my bar to a smaller bar l, I returned in two weeks and informed her I noticed a lot of things wrong with it. I can feel the bar TREMENDOUSLY thru my lip she pierced it at an angle but because she did that the piercing is pinching my lip. She also did not inform me that there would be any sort of fee for the switch out. She was passive aggressive as well. I also asked another piercer who informed me she should’ve waited to change my bar. She then still charged me for the jewelry again… told me that the service would be free since she pierced it wrong but then also gave my friend a discount as well but there was nothing even wrong with hers…. Smh I’m so disappointed I’ve never disliked a piercing on me and unfortunately I do not want to go through the piercing again so I’m just stuck with a piercing that was done incorrectly. I will be returning tmr to speak with some sort of management. Smh

Had such a great experience at Planet New York Tattoo! The shop is super clean. I came in for two ear piercings and ended up getting a tattoo too. Audrey was awesome—really detailed, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything as she went. Then Vincent gave me a sewing needle and thread tattoo I’ve been wanting for a long time. Both of them were super helpful with aftercare instructions. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough how happy I am with the service I got here! Alex was incredibly helpful and talked me through every step of the way and explained why my piercing had to go in a specific spot and be done the way it was. I am grateful for all the info and excellent customer service I received!

I went in for a nose piercing. The girl Alex peirced me. She suggested a spot on where to get it peirced. I wanted it a little higher, she didn’t agree so she was rude and continued on insisting where I should get it. Feedback is nice but she was passive aggressive, like girl it’s my nose

I 100% recommend this shop for piercings, Audrey is the best at what she does. She's been a piercer for decades literally, I won't get pierced by anyone else. She pierced my septum and several other ear piercings and they are all always perfect. I'll definitely be back for more

Every tattoo I have ever gotten for 30+ years my artist passed after alot of research found them I went as a walk in and vibe immediately on point when I said what I would like to get done he said sorry i\\we don't tattoo faces my heart drops and explain how important meaningful what it meant to me my loss of loved ones and he felt related just a beautiful real person can't explain but we did it quickly bonded kinda and for the rest of my days my artist and friend well as time passes closer our bond friendship grows amazing artists clean beautiful shop if your nervous or a first time go in and have the experience of your life ten stars ohh my fine line is ridiculous put it up vs anywhere on the planet sorry for the thesis review just can't say enough about Planet New York Tattoo

Worked with us to create the design we wanted. Even as he was completing it, he would recheck and make sure everything lined up, even if he had to start again from the drawing. I "drew" out the design, and they made it come to life and look way better!! Thank you!!

Absolutely love this place. Vincent was absolutely amazing. I initially had consultation, and it was a very detailed and helpful consultation. I was doing a cover-up and now my cover-up looks like I never had my previous tattoo. He is very detailed and you can tell he has true passion for his work because it shows!!

I receive compliments every day on the tattoo I got at Planet New York. I walked in November 2023 without a solid idea in mind. Vincent Manco and the other staff helped me to realize a beautiful, composition. Even my grandmother who doesn’t really appreciate tattoos finds it beautiful. Today I walked out with a second traditional style tattoo, this time a scheduled appointment. I am overjoyed with how the tattoo came out.
