Never spoke to a human. Sign blocked by a tree. Not visible approaching from the south. Tried to call. Only a recording. Finally found it. Automated check-in told me I was late and needed to reschedule. I will not.

I have been going to Quest for years but never in all that time did I have an experience like I did at the South Rd. branch.
If you get Barbara James you are in the best hands. She is polite, charming, and knows her job well! Truly an asset to the company! ?

I just came home from quest. I had an awesome experience with the woman Mary. She was friendly and kind and caring. She told me to come in early for my glucose test so I didn’t have to wait all day very professional. I will be going back to see her again in the future.

I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get basic questions answered, and was unable to receive any support and the automatic phone line constantly hanging up on me. I went in person to the Poughkeepsie office and stood at the front desk for 20 minutes, consistently ignored by nurse techs and never being assisted by any office staff who were neglecting the desk. After 3 hours of attempts to connect with staff over the phone and in person, I still do not have any resolution to the simple information I needed to complete my blood work.

I was a walk-in for stat pre-surgical bloodwork for emergency knee surgery 2 days later. Katie at the South Road Poughkeepsie location was amazing. She got me right in and made sure the results were available for my surgeon that same day.

Katie, at Quest Poughkeepsie did a phenomenal job!!! I have an intense fear of needles & she did an amazing job when I needed my lab work done! I highly recommend this facility. It’s clean, operates very efficiently & gets you serviced promptly even without a scheduled appointment.
