The absolute worst experience and will never go back. I had asked the woman named Barbara if she could just make sure my script was there ( my doctor said they sent it but never got confirmation because nobody answered the phone) She gave me an attitude but asked me my name and proceeded to walk into the back. She came back and forth multiple times and never said another word to me. I also stated that I just didn’t want to wait over an hour if it wasn’t there. She NEVER said she wasn’t going to check. After waiting 1.5 hours she called me back and proceeded to say that my script was not there. At this point it was after closing hours and she said there was nothing she was willing to do. She was extremely loud and rude. Other people waiting mentioned her rude demeanor as well. Every time she walked out she complained about being the only one there. While that is frustrating, it’s not our problem. When I asked her for her name she was reluctant to give it to me..but after saying I was calling corporate and they could tell who was working…she said “Barbara Jordan”. I’m hoping Barbara takes some classes to learn how to communicate with people.

Mary went above and beyond in her customer service and care, very kind, she didn’t shy away from even calling our pediatrician to make sure she was about to order the correct testing. I will always go to quest from now on. Thank you Mary and the quest team for your great care and attention to detail. I give 15 stars ✨✨✨?

Awful people you have hired, do better and find more respectful people if you're gonna have them work customer service never seen more unprofessional people in my life actually well I kind of have considering more places don't care if you are rude nowadays

There is no human being to talk to no matter what time you call or what extension you dial.. trying to get a simple yes or no on something and it’s absolutely infuriating and disrespectful. I might have to fast and then show up just to be turned away and fasted for nothing .. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

Because of my own doing I was in a bind and needed to get a drug screening done last minute. I got to the location minutes before 3 (when screening was done for the day) and went up to the check in kiosk hoping I could get in. The kiosk said there was nothing available for the day and my heart sank. So I completed the prompts hoping I could talk to someone about alternatives and to my luck Lindsey came out chatted with me and said "oh yeah, we can do that" at 2:47pm. Claire came out a few seconds later and was able to get the whole screening done before 3. Thank you both so much! I'm so appreciative of you ladies for helping me out.

Worst ever company to get COVID tested!!! Went to Poughkeepsie location on Wednesday December 22 at 10am to get tested so I can visit my relatives in Canada for Christmas eve. Was told I will get results in 24-48 hours, even was told that I probably will get results next day (December 23th) BUT I never got results even after 48 hours passed. What a nightmare ! Had to drive 85 miles south to JFK airport on Friday December 24 late morning to get 1 HOUR express PCR test and paid $220 for it.WILL NEVER GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS EVER AGAIN !!!P.S. got results from Quest today on Sunday December 26 AFTER 4 DAYS when I was already got back home from Canada.

Even though I was late for my appointment I was still seen and able to order a test for my partner after being turned away from the Newburgh Quest Diagnostics center with little to no help.

Have had nothing but great experiences with the staff at this location. Very kind, compassionate, and professional. I have to come for weekly COVID tests and the staff is always great about it. They all deserve a raise in my opinion.

Cannot Access my Blood Test Results via Online QuestLab Portal. When I Called to get help, their AUTOMATED MESSAGE SERVICE told me to go online! When I called my Dr’s Office, located in nearby another State, they told me QUEST LAB DOES NOT Forward Test Results to Dr’s Office that is OUT OF STATE!! Therefore, my Dr’s Office will have to Contact Quest Lab to have them forward the Test Results!!! What a BUREAUCRATIC, out-of-date Operation?!?!

I had to get some bloodwork done. Normally my doctor does it in the office. I had to fast so when I got there I had to make an appointment according to the signs on the door but they do take walk ins. So when I got to the kiosk they aaid they had no more walk in appointments on the door. I had to go someplace else.

Extremely limited service. There is no staff person to answer the phone -even to confirm if your orders were received so you must go in person and wait to try to get any information. They no longer accept walk-ins. Will not go back to this poorly run laboratory.
