If I could give them negative stars, I would!
Friends of mine were assured by the manager that everything would be fine and they would get 85% to 100% full refund since it was over 6 months of a a notice. After about two months. The communication stopped and went to the next person in line, her name is Heather.
She avoided phone calls, sent sporadic texts. They were told that they were going too be busy due to the holiday season and she could send a check for 30% by the end of the year. They. pressed her on if it was 30% upfront and then the remaining after the New Year and she said No that’s all the investors are willing to do.
Have seen multiple complaints from other couples on how they destroyed their wedding planning and have scum-bagged countless others.
Everyone has been skeptical after booking because they continuously shut down throughout the year to make “renovations” but the real reason was because they had no money to stay open. They couldn’t keep their food hall services open, they couldn’t keep their employees employed. They have massive turnover. Now they have a ghetto burger shop as a vendor who lets anyone in off the streets of Poughkeepsie. The communication throughout the process was inept, vendors that have contracts say they have concerns about working there and have had issues in the past. other couples have backed out because of lack of communication and uncertainty of the Academy (Keepsake) staying in business. Having our wedding at Revel 32 was the best decision we made! A beautiful, unique venue that really cares about creating your wedding vision. Holly, Judy, & Cherilyn were amazing to work with. All of my questions were always answered promptly & I really felt like I didn’t need to worry about details on the big day. They took care of everything! The food was delicious & we really liked how the menu was made personally for us by the chef. It’s not your typical wedding venue, it’s so much more than that. Thank you to everyone we worked with at Revel 32. You made this experience unforgettable!

My Husband and I held our Wedding ceremony and reception at Revel 32 on Friday 9/22 and truly cannot say enough good things about Revel 32. Not only is the entire space absolutely beautiful but their professionalism, especially Holly and Judy, really made the entire process seamless. They were responsive, informative and truly a huge help to us during the entire year long wedding planning process. We are so happy that we decided to have the most important day of our lives held at Revel because everything went off without an issue. We have had multiple people comment after the wedding that it was the best one they had ever been at. And much of that was thanks to the staff at Revel 32. Thank you again to Judy, Holly, the bar manager AJ, and the entire staff at Revel 32 for making our wedding everything we dreamed of.

Kind of community hall where there are 2 sections in floor 2 that can be used for meeting and eating with a bar. Old building! Washrooms aren’t many and aren’t great! Floor 1 has a welcome area and coats and jackets can be left. Budget place! Great for Music and dance having a DJ and the system. No great parking!

I had the honor and pleasure of being one of the Psychic Readers at Revel 32 for the Moon Serpent and Bone 5th Annual Samhain Festival. The Readers were on the third floor in Lauren's Suite. I was impressed by how clean and how large it is. Although my interactions with staff members were very few, I easily saw how professional and on the ball the staff are. This was not Moon Serpent and Bone's first time at this venue, and I have a feeling it shall not be the last, either. I have no doubt my doctors were very happy with all the exercise I did, that day, and that night, too. I look forward to returning, next year, in 2024.

We had our wedding at Revel 32 and couldn’t be happier. Cherilyn, Judy and Holly made the whole process completely seamless. We started the planning about a year ago after a very thorough virtual walk through. We absolutely fell in love with all the event spaces, even remotely. We met with the Chef about 6 months ago and were confident the food would be incredible, which it was! We utilized every available space that was offered and each space was perfect. The Lauren suite was perfect for my very large bridal party to get ready. We had the ceremony in the ballroom which was absolutely gorgeous and had our cocktail hour between the ballroom, the bar and the the main entry room and then we had our reception in Canon Hall and utilized the mezzanine and mezzanine bar as well. This room was the perfect space to PARTY. All staff were unbelievably helpful and kind and no detail was overlooked. Our wedding at Revel turned out absolutely stunning and we received dozens of compliments on the space itself and the service. We would get married here again and again if we could! We highly recommend Revel 32 as they have become like family to us!

I recently photographed a wedding here at Revel 32°. It was a wonderful experience working with the staff at this unique venue! The rain didn't stop the couple & guests from having an amazing time. The staff operated in a streamlined & professional manner. Everyone was respectful & kind. I got some great photos of the wedding as well!

You keep us on schedule moving to the next event gracefully! The venue was beautiful, the food was awesome and staff were patient and very accommodating! Cherilyn, we planned months in advance… thank you for keeping my nerves calm and assuring me through each and every step! You are the best! Judy, you are amazing! Thanks for being so detailed and keeping everyone on task and on time! You worked so well with EP Productions who also contributed to making our day magical! Our music, decor, photography and videography were amazing! Thank you! My family had a blast and sends a massive thank you as well! You guys have become like family to us! My husband and I thank you from the depths of our hearts! Cherilyn, we will definitely be in contact for our next event! Also, we will be recommending others!❤️?❤️

Threw my wife a surprise 50th last night and I cannot say enough about this venue! Judy and Holly helped me every step along the way! The food was outstanding as was the staff! I am sitting here the morning after getting phone call after phone call telling me how great a time they had! We will be back for one of the music events in the near future! This is an absolutely beautiful venue with ample parking right across the street. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. I called ahead to discuss my dietary restrictions with Cherilyn and a special meal was prepared for me. I also have mobility issues, but it was easy enough for me to get up the beautiful staircase to the second floor, because there is a sturdy banister, and the stairs are wide. Also, several staff people asked if I needed assistance, which was very considerate. Judy, the general manager, greeted me by name because she clearly had been informed in advance that I was the one who needed a special meal. She was very helpful to me. I will definitely return for another event!

Wow! What an awesome place! I attended the battle of the bands event last week and everything was outstanding! From the minute I walked in until the minute I left everything was well done, organized and the people were so friendly. I was in the VIP section and it was so nice! Everything was so smooth even with there being over 600 people there. Thank you for having this event and I look very forward to coming back soon!
