Took my dead grandmother's car without any notice. I didn't even have time to set up the estate to pay them, not that I knew the car had a lien. The guy towing the car had all my information though. The bank just never bothered to contact me. Truly a horrible, heartless company.

I try hard to practice what my parents taught me, you have nothing nice to say, say nothing! Check the other reviews out, some are exaggerated and some on point. I'll share the claim of community bank is a false claim. I feel more sense of community from a big box bank. Branch staff should be prepared to service any banking situation from account questions to simply filling a change order. Clients shouldn't be turned away or made to wait to fulfil banking needs.

I would not recommend this bank to any living being. Our mortgage payment increased $1200 after our closing because the broker did not make the correct calculations.

I have had the worst experience with this bank , the customer service is terrible they took my feature away to mange my money I got over drafted of 10000 dollars because I didn’t have the feature to transfer my money over for rent

We have used this bank for years. They are always helpful, informative and pleasant. I have only had good experiences with them. They are also active in the community with great programs. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

You people have been charging me $2 per debit transaction when I'm being forced to use debit instead of credit at A LOT of different merchants. All of these merchants have NO problem with any cards besides yours. I have been charged over 30 times in a month. I was only given back $20 of it. Your employee Nicole thinks I should've noticed the fees and it's my problem. She also let me know that no one is forcing me to start the mortgage I was just approved for through you and let me know who to call to cancel it. As of this weekend, I'm now not able to pull money from YOUR ATM!! This is complete fraud and I have a list of people started that this is happening to as well as me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau since no one will return my calls and your holding my money from me.

The staff is great but unfortunately it is the Bank itself that is just not competitive with what other banks are offering. I got approved for a Vehicle loan through them that the dealership sourced for me. The Interest was fair so I went forward with it and should have looked into the fees prior. The late fee is $44, the over the phone payment fee is $16, they do offer 2 times during the life of the loan you can push back a payment for a $50 dollar fee. Obviously if you have no financial hardships ever none of this matters and kudos to you! For the other 97% of us, hope this helps. Also the website is not user friendly. To end it on a positive though the Staff is Extremely friendly and easy to work with.

on jan 19 2016 i opened an account with rhinebeck bank also getting a debit card which i was told i would receive in 7 to 10 buisness days after 14 days i called rhinebeck bank the card went to the wrong address so i told the person at customer solutions to cancel that card so no one could get my bank info she then stated she would send a new card still have not received that card called today customer solutions again she tells me i will not receive my card until the begining of next week well that is NOT 7 to 10 day going on 21 days on top of it if and when i get my card i would have to wait an additional couple of days for my pin number that the bank gives to you i dont even get to pick my own pin number if you are thinking of opening account at rhinebeck bank i would check other banks than this one this definetly not the way to do buisness.i also have had other issues with this bank the tellers are horrible i feel they should not have a customers solution phone number they do not try to find any solutions any of my concerns
