Again and again I have a difficulty having meds filled on time. They tell you your medication is ready then they say some pharmacist had a problem with something that has nothing to do with you as the customer and yes, you must return three times to get whatever your physician prescribed. Every month there is some problem. Holding people hostage as if there aren't other pharmacies. Attendants look at people like they are sacks of potatoes. They don't greet people or make their store warm and attractive. The shelves are empty making you feel leery as to if they will be shutting down soon. The writing is on the wall.

The pharmacy is beyond horrible. I will never go to a Rite Aid again, due to the MULTIPLE horrible experiences with this location. I’d advise to go ANYWHERE else but here if you don’t want a headache and a half, EVERY time you need to pick up medicine. Hoping to see this place shut down. It’s caused damaged to enough people already!!!!!!!!

My recent experience at the Rite Aid pharmacy was incredibly frustrating. The long wait times were unacceptable, and the staff's lack of responsiveness to phone calls was disappointing. Their poor communication about prescription status only added to the frustration. I won't be going back and strongly discourage others from using this pharmacy.

Always late with medication and incredibly rude. They work in the medical system yet have no sense of how to treat people well and don’t seem to realize how important it is for people to receive their medication. Urgency just seems like something they don’t understand

Spent close to 1 hour of wasted time due to incompetent cashier. The pharmacy personnel couldn’t figure out how I was given a prescription, not charged for it but charged for some other script which was eight dollars more!

Avoid this store at all cost. This will be the next Rite Aid to go out of business. Long lines. No staff. Good luck getting your meds. The local PK dope fiends will shut this spot down in no time.

We had some new RX sent to this pharmacy as it was on our bus route and close to home. But when we got there, there was a line of about 12 people. We finally got to the window and the tech pulled up the prescription and said we’d have to come back the next day because they were short staffed. I said we can’t wait for the next day and needed them tonight but she said “impossible”. I asked her to transfer them to the location on North Rd and she said she’d “put them on hold” and they could call to have them transferred when we got there. The other pharmacy staff refused to call stating “they never answer the phone” and requested we have the provider call in a new order to their pharmacy as that would be easier. By this time it was 7pm and we were unable to reach the provider. We went without our much needed medicine and still don’t have it.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever encountered... the staff is rude they don't inform you or communicate any delays or changes.. they rarely pick up the phone and once picked up then hung up the phone. They are totally inadequate and callous when it comes to patient care. Never use them. I received a rude "sorry" when I was told my meds are on back order. The manager at store his attitude was pretty much it's not my problem.. rite aid is horrid. I can not believe they treat people this way

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Whenever I go to pick up a script there is a long line. I understand short staff, but the staff is rude . Especially , the pharmacy manager . I went to pick up my script today had to wait on line at the store for over 20 minutes only to find out it was never processed by the pharmacist there. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I go to pick it up 3 hours ready and the pharmacy was closed and they never alerted me my script was ready. When I spoke to the staff they were all rude and were laughing and didn’t want to be bother. The pharmacy manager said to the staff “ tell her it’s not our problem to have a good night.” Absolutely uncalled for to treat patients like that coming from a nurse herself. I will never go to this pharmacy again. Will be switching asap

Worse pharmacy ever! I transferred here from CVS several years ago, at first they were great but now it's constantly a problem. They often don't answer the phone. They give incorrect information. Prescriptions are never done in a timely manner. I will be looking for a new pharmacy. I wish I could rate this place no stars it's the absolute WORST!

Always a horrible experience when trying to fill a prescription. It seems that they're very much understaffed, in comparison to other pharmacies in the area; particularly CVS & Walgreens, where there's never a crazy wait and while writing this, I was just told that they've dispensed my medication to someone else and are out of stock. Just terrrrrrrible!
