Forcing people out there house they live in less then 30 days and right after christmas and was told we would get paid to move out the paper ernest left isnt even legit no heart kids will not have a Christmas cause being forced to move out

Scam, lists homes below value, then goes to "multiple offers best and highest by X" then rinse and repeat when they do not get a high enough (over list price) offer... do not waste your time with these people.

River Realty is a complete joke and extremely unprofessional!!!!I saw an ad for a couple of places for 220 Main St, saying that there were several vacancies!! I first contacted them by phone and the office number was full: Could not leave messages. Then I keep going in different Websites, and saw the same Ads, for the same apartments for River Realty. There were several different phone numbers to call for the same Agency!!?? So I called them all and was able to leave messages. And NOT 1 response from anyone from this Agency!!!! Then all of a sudden my daughter goes back on Zillow where it was placed and lo and behold, the Ad was taken down!!! Saying they were no longer available!!?? They should have taken down the Dam Ad!! Someone also should have called us back with a response.
