Job well done. I called. Got a quote and was able to be scheduled in minutes. I was given a service arrival window of between 12p and 5pm. Lucky for me the technician Tyler was able to get to me earlier than planned and was finished within 2 hours. He was personable, tidy and informative. He gave me instructions on how to care for the glass and what-not-to-do's and really made the experience pleasant and effortless. Highly recommend this location and Tyler for your tech.

I was impressed tech was ready for me on my scheduled time. Before starting the windshield replacement I was told roughly when the work would be completed and it was done with 15 minutes to spare.
Once the job was completed, tech shared about the lifetime warranty and if I was experiencing any difficulties ( he gave me examples of what those problems could be) for me to bring my car back in.
I great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Small chip in the windshield- repaired quickly with epoxy. Can barely see it and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I know where I’m going.

I had my glass replaced on 7/15/25 on my 2024 bronco sport, all was great until I started getting pop up alerts about my cars collision assist being unavailable. The ford app instructed me to bring it in to the dealer. They looked at the car and determined it had not been recalibrated correctly by Safelite, when the windshield was replaced. I was charged about $180 by ford for the labor. I’ve reached out and tried emailing my invoice from ford to see if Safelite would do something to rectify this situation. I’m very disappointed. I didn’t expect to have to pay to have my car recalibrated after also having the glass replaced.
