This was my first time in this establishment. I was simply looking for a bathroom faucet, an old-fashioned simple single handle faucet, for my elderly parents. The building is not fancy on the outside and appears to be basically a parts store for contractors. However, there's also a beautiful showroom for all kinds of kitchen and bath upgrades (or new builds, I suppose). I was impressed! The woman who helped me listened to my needs, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. While she retrieved a couple of choices for me, I looked around the showroom. They have absolutely gorgeous items. She then helped me make my final choice, answering all my questions. Donna was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this establishment.

This is my go to spot for all my plumbing supplies and HVAC equipment. They also have a great showroom for your higher end fixtures. Donna is super knowledgeable and helpful.

Stopped in a couple of days ago for a hard to find plumbing part after getting the run around from a big box chain. They had just the part that I needed at a very competitive price. Th6 staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
