Friendly people. Gas pump is always out of paper and you have to go inside to get a receipt every time.

It's a gas station. It had better prices for stuff I needed than the Dutchess cafeteria, so it's not a bad option for Dutchess students, especially those living on campus, as a place to get stuff.

I would give zero stars in my opinion I believe this gas station is owned by a criminal syndicate that anyone who spends their money at this establishment in my opinion is supporting terrorist activity and the fact of matter is I had to call the police on this gas station myself in the past where the employee became overly belligerent towards me after I was a victim of theft in his parking lot and told me that the "cameras were only there to protect them" I was also misspoken to and publicly humiliated in front in front of other customers when he after saying "calling the police to the store was bad for business" and now unlawfully refuses me as a customer because I called the police on them in the past in my opinion they support and allow criminal activity to happen on their property because of the Psychiatric Center and Facilities around them that I feel my opinion they sell things they shouldn't for food stamps at half cost and didn't like me calling the police on them after I was a victim of theft I honestly would not support this store nor would I recommend anybody patronizing this establishment also is the defense to all of this is that I said something about his mom when he's the one that started talking about mine. In my opinion 340 Violet Ave should use their corporate sponsorship and investigated for terrorism activity also the corporate holder should be held accountable the criminal Syndicate which I truly do believe begin with him threatening to call the police on me after he told me police are good for business and called the people that were watching him on camera first they threatened to misuse police to protect after they told me they don't want them there whoever was on the phone should be held equally responsible. In my opinion this is establishment only supports and protects the derelicts that hang around their store because they see them as repeat customers that in my opinion will protect the people that steal from you as long as they spend that money the money in the store in my opinion it is honestly not safe to shop there. I honestly feel that I was a victim of some form of strong-armed bullying by their employees I honestly feel that this store should be under investigation. I still have my police report that you're discriminating against

I like this Shell gas station. It's right at the corner near Dutchess Community College, so it's convenient for most of my needs when I'm down there. If only I would have had the guts to get a discount card earlier from Shell. Up until todays trip in to get gas at the pay-at-the-pump terminal on pump 2, I had never stopped here (when it was a Shell station), but once in a grey moon, I had stopped in when this location was it's former brand (a few brands ago). Yes, it's pump displays are a little dark for a 1:30PM pumping, but they suited my needs and got the job done well. I was a little reluctant at first to get gas, as there was no action near any of the other pumps, but knew it's a popular store at other times so I went through with getting the gas after I turned the corner from Route 9G onto Cottage Rd and immediately turned into the station. Up until today, if I wouldn't have had my GasBuddy and Shell cards, my first other two choices would have been the Innis Avenue Mobil or Stewarts Shops station near DCC and I wouldn't have given this cheaper station another thought. I wasn't thrilled that there are two prices (10 cents difference) between cash and credit prices, but I kinda' figured that'd be the case (hoping to catch college kids by surprise.) My Shell card saved me half that difference I paid to use my GasBuddy card here, but it got me the product I needed when I needed it the most. Thanks again for letting me open my eyes and see this station in a new light. I'll try to stop in more often, if I'm caught down in Poughkeepsie and needing gas. I find myself routinely having to make Uber trips to Poughkeepsie and decide to use return routes via Route 9G to get around some other issues I face that have me in fear, so your station is really in my book as a prime target now for gas. Thank you.

I went in here today and not only was it $2 for a 20 oz bottle of soda the girl was yelling on the phone at the register while she was waiting on people never stopped yelling while she was waiting on the person in front of me myself and the person behind me the worst example of customer service I have ever seen and that's extremely rude
