Betty and Heather and a young man were always very friendly and helpful! Best store! But I’m afraid to ask: did the place close down? I haven’t been able to contact them.

Very nice staff & they always have what you need. The staff is very friendly & smile at all their customers. I would definitely recommend smokes for less.

Rude lady working at the counter. Went in for a cigar and the lady working the counter on Sunday afternoon 11/30 gave me an attitude because I didn’t see the small sign that I guess you need permission to go to the humidor. Maybe put the sign in the actual walk way or use a barricade. Not a small sign off to the side. And, certainly don’t give customers spending money an attitude over a mistake when there’s literally other smoke shops on the same street. Havana cigar co at 2 Raymond Ave doesn’t treat customers this way. Never coming back to this place.

This by far is my favorite location i first started going to this location because of the convenience but, keep going back because of Heather and Debbie that work at this location. they are such a pleasure to see and it makes it pleasure to shop at the store .Thank you ladies !!

Friendly service. Go every 2 weeks and they put my pods aside for me. Always remember your order.

I arrived at location before closing time and was refused service by attendant. Apparently she wanted to leave work early and not serve customers during the hours promoted. The store operator was very rude and unhelpful.
