The person helping me was very patient as I was returning over 6 pieces of equipment from my parents' house. Made sure there was nothing else left on the account that would cause a charge. Great customer service!

If I could give the spectrum store itself one star, I would in a heartbeat. They are so rude and so nasty. I am so happy that I switched services just because they are located in a bad area doesn’t give them the right to be nasty. When I cancelled service over the phone, I was never told I had to bring an ID, just the equipment. The gentleman gave a huge attitude when I said I was not told that and then started talking about me to his coworkers when I went to get it. Very happy I made the switch.

I want to say thank you to Ron for helping me sign up and get a great deal on my new service. Ron and the manager, who's name I forget really helped out, and made sure I had everything I need. Highly recommend!

I don't think I have ever been so insulted by a rep in my life. He was actually insulting me by asking, why do you people order this stuff and then return it. I got blamed for his system going down while he was processing my order, really?

Spectrum continued to charge us $30.98 a month for a DVR that was returned ten months prior. When asked for reimbursement, we were told they could only go back as far as two months, no further. The difference is $247.84. They have no record of when we actually returned the dvr, even though they took our name, address, and the number off the box to be ABLE to return it. I mean, we needed proof that it was actually our box. Not a stolen one, we were trying to give back. It's now ultimately our fault because we didn't get a receipt at the time of return. Shame on you Spectrum, $208 a month for service and this is how you treat your long time customers.

It's ironic that there is no phone line for this walk-in store. Otherwise, people were helpful. I conveyed the issues I was having with their service and walked out with the new equipment. A little tricky installation at home. But overall, excellent service.
